This dr does not take time to listen to her patients anymore . She does not try to help you with your problems she just says by state law she can’t blah blah blah ! I think she needs to take more time with her patients cause some are really going through a lot and she just rushes through things etc . Very sad cause she use to be a great doctor . Dr Umpathy is very uncaring about patient health and wellness. Also unwilling to use her abilities as a doctor to treat a patient. She refuses to see a patient who has been in isolation for 3 weeks due to covid 19, and keeps pushing his release date back. Her secretary is also uncaring and unapologetic.

Dr Umapathy is the most sympathetic doctor I know She takes the time to know her patients and their health care needs She does a thorough job evaluating each problem I have been a patient of hers for many years and plan to be for many more

She has poor communication skills. She does not care about the patient. She is rude. Find another doctor.

Love her, the most kind and genuine person. She cares about her patients and listens. Always gets down to the bottom of a problem.

Dr. Umapathy has been my physician for 6 years. She's approachable, explains things clearly and makes sure I understand everything. She holds me accountable for my health decisions and offers alternatives if I am not sure. I appreciate that she's caring and concerned for my welfare. Her staff is friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend her enough!!

Nothing but positive experiences with the office and doctor

Dr. Umapathy has been my doctor for 10 years. I often bring a list with questions and concerns and she always takes the time to go over each and every one without making me feel like she is in a hurry or disinterested. She is very supportive and caring. I was a smoker, and she never nagged me to quit, we would discuss options, but I never felt judged. I'm proud to say I am 6years smoke free, in part because she didn't treat me like a child when I would try and fail. She is a wonderful, intelligent and caring doctor. I have referred many people to her and heard nothing but positive feedback. Dr. Umapathy has been my doctor for 10 years. I went to the ER at Ahuja 3/22/18 suffering from intestinal blockage and pain.thats when I met Dr. Umapathy. Due to my longstanding pelvic problems I always carry MRI disc copies, Blood work flow sheets and an order for an MRI- thin slice pelvic. Dr. Umapathy refused to look at anyone it. This Dr. Is so out of her depth ( a gold fish with a lobotomy smiling and bobbing her head ),I ended up in a room after a nondescript CT. (MRI !!!). The next morning I had mucus and blood coming from my rectum

She also is/was a nursing home doctor as well. She was one for my mom all of 10 days but I never talked to or even met her. When my mom went to the hospital then back to the nursing home, she had a new Nursing home doctor.

Works as Nursing Home at Broadway Care Center in Maple Heights. My deceased mom was at this NH, I never met or even talked to this doctor. She never called, either.

She does not listen to or take into consideration anything the patient says or is concerned about. I went for help to get my extreme weight gain since quitting smoking 6 1/2 years ago. I went originally 2 years ago and again this year, only to be told the same useless thing she said 2 years ago. There are options told help manage my weight. I do know how to eat healthy, like in the last 6 years I haven't. Just in the last 2 I have lost and regained over 60lbs, obviously something else needs to b
