Very unprofessional office. Doctor seems uninterested.

Very rude receptionist. Doctor was distracted and didn't spend much time with me or my son. Hard to get a return phone call back. So disappointed.

Awful bedside manner. Office girl was rude to my husband and never returns calls. Go elsewhere!!!

I went to Dr. Singh for migraines in high school. She consistently accused me of faking my migraine and food logs. She had no regard for what I had to say about anything. She gave me 3 different medications over my visits with her and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about them, and gave me very little info regarding their side effects and what they were actually doing to stop my migraines. I was told to get an MRI, and had to wait over a month to hear the results from her, even though we called about it several times. My last three appointments with her were double, if not triple booked, and I would have to wait at least 2 hours past my appointment time to see her. Once I got to see her, she’s rush me through the entire appointment and act as if it was my fault she was running so late. After she prescribed the three medications, she basically said that she was out of ideas and that I was faking everything, because “those normally work on most of my patients”.

Doctor Singh has been our pediatric Neurologist now for 6 years. My son who suffers from ADHD and Tourettes has been treat by her since first being diagnosed with it and my daughter who suffers from migraines. She is GREAT, the atmosphere at her office in Burr Ridge is wonderful very inviting and calming. She loves her patients, she has a wonderful bedside manner. My kids love her for how she treats them as her own when she sees them. I definitely recommend her for anyone that is looking for a Peds neurologist. Extremely unprofessional. She came recommended from another specialist. Her office is disorganized. They never answer the phone and never return phone calls. The doctor doesn’t take notes at appointments and asks the same questions every visit. Today I waited one and a half hours for her to tell me the test results I was here to go over aren’t here. I do not recommend this doctor. Her reply ‘I won’t charge uou’ Not I am sorry to have wasted your time. Not even let’s talk about your child how is he doing? It’s not okay. Extremely unprofessional. Awful dr. Kept givjng us the run around and no full diagnosis if my 2.5 year old has seizures or not. Constantly out of the country for vacation. Can never get in to see her and whennu do its a 3 hour wait. Not to mention the receptionist who is also the nurse. She has the worst attitude ever very disrespectful and talks down to you as if u r scum. Needless to say we switched doctors. Awful dr. We met with Dr. Singh twice. I do believe she is a good doctor, however she is awful with giving patients results. My daughter had a 24 hour EEG, I was told "no news is good news." Almost 2 months later we go in for an appointment and we are told her EEG is abnormal and that and MRI is recommended. We get the MRI in January and have yet to hear from the doctor (it is currently April). Luckily my pediatrician receives the results and she called us right away. Extremely knowledgeable physician, helped my son immensely. Very caring staff.

My son suffered Migraines at a very young age and she found a treatment to stop the migraines from occurring. She is very nice and her office staff as well. Her office at burr ridge is very relaxing and inviting when you walk in or wait.

Dr. Singh lacked concern and empathy for my son’s well being after questioning the recommended coarse of treatment. Extremely unprofessional office staff and Dr. Singh’s husband is constantly supervising his wife and interrupts by coming into the examination room while she is with patients. All around unprofessional.

Dr. Singh is amazing. My daughter suffered 2 concussions and recurrent migraines and Dr. Singh has worked endlessly to find effective treatments. Her knowledge, empathy, and holistic approach has been significant in my daughter's improvement. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Singh is a wonderful pediatric neurologist! She put me at ease from the moment I walked into her door with my youngest daughter who was having seizures and came up with a plan and we are still going through it but she is very competent and knows what she is doing while being kind and friendly. She is also an artist, she has a beautiful office in Burr Ridge that shows off her artwork as well! I am fortunate that Dr. Deshpande send us to her! Dr. Singh is a wonderful pediatric neurologist!
