I feel very humiliated. I went there in honest hope of help and feel terrible now. I gained alot of weight from pregnancy and told them I have no energy. I basically got accused of wanting something I would abuse and she joked I could walk more. Then given samples for another drug that makes one gain weight and makes one tired. Are there no meds I can take that can help me? I'm not trying to do anything illegal. Im just exhausted.

Dr Benner has been my doctor for many years. I really appreciate the time she takes to speak to me when I come in. I have never considered changing doctors.

They are very rude and disrespectful I got a call the lady tells me oh your 18 mins late for your appointment. I told her that I didn't like the fact just to make an appointment and get seen you have to wait 3 weeks to a month just to see a doctor. I told her that I chose another Doctor she tells me well we where going to tell you to pick another doctor anyway. What kind of office is this smh don't go there because you will have to wait like a month to two months. Dr. Bair is great and I would continue to see him. However, the nurses at the front desk are so cold and rude. The fat one outright lies about everything. She claimed she called about Medicare and left a message but I showed her there was no message. All this is petty compared to the fact that they don't do their basic job responsibilities. A prescription that was supposed to be sent WEEKS ago was never sent. We had to follow up and as a result, I am out of my medication because they are lax. This is egregious for a doctor's office. I’ve been going to this doctors office for years, and I love them!! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and helpful! The doctors are amazing! I highly recommend.

Besides waiting an hour to be seen, I had been given a student I believe to do my exam and they did not accept my insurance like the doctors office. Absolutely terrible experience here. Have also been given someone else's paperwork from the office!

Dr. Priscilla Benner is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician whom I have seen for many years. Her staff show compassion and caring also. She has guided numerous health choices to competent and very good specialists when it was needed. I would recommend her to friends and family and anyone seeking a solid family Dr.

I love Dr Benner, she has been my doctor for very many years- maybe 20 or more. She does not make you feel rushed when talking to her the way some doctors do. However, I feel the office staff over the years have at times been good and at other times been obstructionist in their approach. Have been impolite or made mistakes and been slow to correct them. It has caused major aggravations when trying to get paperwork or a referral. Other times things have gone fine. When you have been seeing a doctor for many years there has been a variety of staff. I had a doctor that I went to for years. I adored & trusted him, but he stopped practicing. I was devastated & searched for a general practitioner. I finally gave up & only went to a local urgent care. I heard about Dr. Benner & decided to give her a try. Wow, I was impressed. Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable, but she doesn't give up. I have been battling mysterious symptoms and she's been nothing but steadfast and respectful. The wait time can be long, but they are working on it.

I was given a rough idea of the cost for a physical at the front desk. I reluctantly agreed. $900 dollars later I was severely blindsided and filed a grievance against Doctor Benner. I lost and feel she stole from me. She is not to be trusted.

If you are ok with being seen by a student, go for it... but forget seeing the doctor. Plus when you ask for your medical record because you are not happy waiting 2-3 hrs for a doctors apt that they schedule for you, they charge you! So take my advise, find another doctor - there are millions out there and this one by far should not even have a license... she should just be a professor at the local college. Give it up! If you are ok with being seen by a student, go for it... but forget seeing the doctor. Would not listen to me about shooting nerve pain in my leg, specifically its location which was in the front and not the back. Delivered a lecture, was curt and rude, and left the room without a reply. Her cohort, a PA, also would not listen to me and left the room without a by-your-leave on the initial visit. My dog's vet treats him far better than these two treated me, so I would not recommend them to anyone.
