Dr. Preston Rice performed my first ear surgery for an inner ear disease, known as a Cholesteatoma. This is top of the line Medical Care, but he has since retired. Hope his retirement is as delightful as surgery performed for me!

Poor communication from doctor and staff. Go somewhere else! I have to get a second opinion because I no longer trust them with my health. It’s been several weeks since being told I needed an MRI- no call back, no prior authorization sent to insurance. No concern for the health of patient - This is disappointing.

Dr. Rice is very caring and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with sinus issues.

Dr. Rice is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains things well. He operated on me and did a fantastic job! He even called me himself to check on me at home. Also called me with the results of the biopsy when he was on vacation. I couldn't have asked for a better physician!

Saw him a couple of years ago for a sinus infection. He could care less was only interested in glands after the ultrasound said all is good. I asked him what about the sinuses. He wrote out a script and that was it. Here I am two years later now have vertigo. I called and waiting is 2 mo. Screw that for doc who only spend 5 seconds with and moves on I go to gig harbor or seattle. Saw him a couple of years ago for a sinus infection. Be warned! I had a total thyroidectomy in April of 2016. Dr Rice "accidentally" removed 3 of my parathyroid glands and apparently didn't know this until my biopsy came back a week later. He has great bedside manners, but something went wrong with my surgery and I'm paying the price.

Provided excellent care for my dad. Dr. Rice is always kind and patient. He did a great job with the surgery for salivary gland cancer for my dad.

He is the best of the best!

Dr. Rice is wonderful! He is very caring. He called us at home after my son's surgery to check in with him. He put in tubes for my son at age 8 and performed a tonsillectomy on him at age 19. We are extremely happy with Dr. Rice and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rice is awesome! He's the most kindest doctor I know. I went in their scared to death and he made me feel at ease and explained to me everything he was going to do!! He's the best!! I walked out knowing what was wrong with me, having TMD/TMJ isn't fun but at least I know how to handle it. Thank you Dr. Rice!!!

Dr. Rice placed ear tubes on our 23-month-old son to prevent ongoing ear infections. Procedure was very quick and smooth thanks to Dr. Rice and his team. No complications during and after the procedure. Our son feels much better now. He is an excellent healthcare provider in every aspect including knowledge and experience, quality of patient care, communication skills and desire to educate patients to relieve anxiety.
