Dr. Mock is one of the greatest Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist around! I wish he had been on my insurance when I needed sinus and tonsil surgery. I've been taking my 83 yr old Dad to him for about 7 years and he is great with Seniors! His staff os very friendly and they care about every aspect of your health. They look at the entirety of your medical history because you never know what could be affecting your hearing, balance, and sinuses. I wish the insurance companies understood what Dr. Mock k ows about total health! He always tries to get to the root cause instead of throwing a bandaid on it and sending you on your way. He won't recommend any procedure just to run up a bill. He will educate you on how to maintain what he has repaired. If he is in your insurance network, make an appointment to get your hearing and sinuses checked...even of you don't think you need it, you'd be surprised at what lurks in our ears! Dr Mock is very professional

I wish I could give 0 star! I waited an hour to see the doctor and he didn’t listen to anything I said, just ‘diagnosed’ me within 3 minutes and told me to leave. I was going to talk about if a surgery is possible for my situation as I was really really miserable with rhinitis. I wanted to be taken seriously and I don't know what else I could have done. Dr. Mock repaired my deviated septum and opened up sinus airways. I didn’t know how bad off I was!!! I can now breath through my nose comfortably for the first time in years. I cannot thank Dr. Mock and staff enough!

Dr. Mock and his staff were phenomenal. Both pre-op and post-op were very professional and covered all details. Very impressed.

I had surgery on January 25th and all I have to say is I wished I would have found doctor Mock years ago!! He is by far the BEST ENT in the Dallas area! The office is always clean and the front office staff are always super nice and welcoming. I drive almost an hour to go see him and it’s so worth the drive.

So far, first impressions are not great. Came here because of the good reviews but my experience has been terrible.. We got here 30 minutes ahead of our appointment time, as you're supposed to. It's 50 minutes past the appointment time and we still haven't been brought into a room. They were quick to charge me a ridiculous amount for the visit after I was told on the phone they would bill my insurance. Others who's appointments were after my time have already been in and out. The staff is very friendly at the least. Not sure what's happening with the waiting time. Will update later, not looking good. Update: the doctor talked to us for about 10 minutes and was out. Did not seem interested in us whatsoever, just tried to get us to leave quickly and I had to keep stopping him with questions I had. Absolutely not worth the wait time. Clinics are so quick to charge you for the service when no service was provided at all. I understand Doctors are knowledgeable and have degrees they worked hard for but they can at least try to act like they care. I had to have several reconstructive procedures done by Dr. Mock because of a previously botched sinus surgery from a different physician 6 years prior. I could not be more thrilled with my entire experience with Dr. Mock and his staff. Throughout the entire process from my initial consultation all the way past my last follow up appointment, everyone has been extremely thorough, detail oriented, attentive and caring. Went in for a bump on my face, was in and out in 5 minutes, Dr.Mock told me he couldn't do anything without a CT scan. 2 weeks later, hit me with a $225 bill. This is a perfect example of how ludacris our health coverage in the US is at this point.

Dr. Mock is a great surgeon from my experience. I HAD been a fairly loyal patient for many years and two surgeries even though the wait is always very long, they seem to overbook constantly. Even though I have been a patient since 2008, today they informed me that I would be considered a new patient and they could not see me for a week, or I could call back daily to check for cancellations. In 2004 I had a sinus surgery done by a doctor at Parkland Hospital but it didn't help very much so I went back to the same ENT doctors at Parkland and they said they would not do another surgery so I gave up until it became unbearable in 2019. That's when I finally found Dr. Mock. After many years of over-using nasal sprays and other decongestants, countless sleepless nights, this man, with just a 1 hour procedure, (ethmoidectomy, turbinate coblation, and sinus dilation) gave me my life back! A very competent and caring team. My cousin had significant nose bleeds for 8 months. I drove her to all appointments and became familiar with her health issues. She tried several ENT doctors, highly rated, in her insurance network with no results. Thus, she had to pay out of pocket for her visits to Dr. Mock. Another ENT doctor wrongly diagnosed her with seasonal allergies, 38 indoors and outdoors allergens, first requiring multiple visits per week to just 1 weekly visit for allergy shots. However, it did not resolve the issue. I drove her to an allergy specialist who ran the same allergy tests as the prior ENT doc. That allergist determined my cousin did not have ANY allergies and referred us to Dr. Mock. Dr. Mock immediately diagnosed the problem and sympathized with her 8 months of sufferings and missed diagnoses. He recommended surgery to stop the bleeding and the surgery was very successful. She has not had one nose bleed in 5 years. He was available for her calls, questions, and visits during the 18-mos following surgery. And his assistant, Traci, is superb. As a surgeon in practice for 25 years, I have the opportunity to be very selective when it comes to my own medical care. Dr. Mock is friendly and personable; he is also an outstanding surgeon. Due to obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, I underwent septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction, and uvular reduction. My postoperative course has been uneventful, and my apnea and snoring have improved. As an unexpected benefit, my singing voice has improved markedly following surgery. Very caring, ask questions, understands your health issues.

If there was a "0" this doctor would certainly get it!! In my whole life I have never experienced such disrespect as this doc could dish out! We waiting way over an hour to be treated so badly by the doctor himself! No apology not even a warm hello. Instead he started rattling off to my mother (who is 97) how bad her hearing is then stuck a silver wax cleaner in her ear. As she screamed because obviously he was hurting her he said nothing. Not even explaining prior to her that it may hurt or "I'm sorry.". I was furious!! After digging in her ears it was "see you in a year." NO WAY!! Horrible. He spent 4 minutes with my mom she went in there to be seen with three lumps on her neck took them almost two weeks to get her authorized to go to a hospital for a biopsy. Told her it would take five to seven days for results, we waited, called them, no answer , finally they called her after almost 5 weeks and wanted to know how she was feeling and then told her they have the culture in but nobody could read it until the doctor got back from vacation what kind of crap is that? Stay away people, worthless place.

Dr. Mock has performed many surgeries on me. All went very well and better than expected. I just found out last week I was born with a heart defect, a hole in my heart and a hole in my lung. Four valves go the wrong way. I am getting ready for major open heart and lung surgery. I was told I would have a massive heart attack if I had any other surgery before getting this fixed. I have had 63 surgeries I never had one issue. Dr. Mock has and I know always will be there for me. His nurse Tracie is the most caring human being I have ever met in my life. We've been here 2 hours and although we've been processed and questioned and even numbed for a scope, we have yet to see the Dr. He clearly has scheduling issues and is seeing WAY to many people. I'd rather you turn me away than have me sit in your office for 2 hours (I suspect 3 by the time I leave). I'd look elsewhere for a Dr that cares about your time. Not only is Dr. Mock a top ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) in DFW, but his staff is professional and kind. As a patient whose care has included everything from diagnosing the common cold to GA surgeries over the last two decades, there's no where else I'd go or recommend.

My mother saw him for lymphadenopathy in her neck 6 months ago. He did no biopsy, only ultrasound and instructed her to follow up in 1 year. Now she has lymphoma and she could have started treatment sooner. I hope this does not happen to other patients.

I've been to Dr Mock a few times, and felt his advice was decent, although never had more than a few mins of his time. Today I left work early, drove out to his office (early afternoon), only to be told He wasnt there yet. Meanwhile, a woman was leaving, saying she'd already waited an hour. I, too, proceeded to wait an hour, then left as well, being told he STILL not there. When asked about rescheduling I was told there was nothing open for another month.. plenty of time to find a new doc!

Waited over 4 days for a call back to schedule an appointment, then once I received the call back the scheduler (Marsha) was EXTREMELY RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Refusing to schedule my appointment because I didn't have my insurance number on hand. She refused to allow me to speak with a Office manager and hung up on me 2 different times.

Was put on hold FOUR separate times for a total of 40 minutes. On the FOURTH call I complained about the waiting time only to hear a lackadaisical "Wait a few more seconds please." My daughter (3 years old) has a sever speech delay due to chronic ear infections and fluid on her ears. Tubes were/are necessary for her. We went to get tubes March 8th I believe, the staff was friendly but I always got a prick type feeling when meeting Dr. Mock, I chalked it up to him being busy and realized he was here to help and got over my feeling. My daughter did great in surgery and the NEXT DAY I found her tube from one of the ears. I called, and was told this “never happens” and that I need to wait till our 10 day follow up appointment to discuss options. We wait almost an hour to be seen, get in there and he tells me “We will monitor the ear and go from there” I was mind blown! I just paid money for tubes and it fell out the next day, which he claimed, never happened. I asked him if there was fluid back on her ear after just 10 days, he said yes, and I explained to him that while she might not have hearing loss, we have proven with tests (that his audiologist conducted in the office) that the fluid in her ears are preventing her from hearing sounds properly, and she has a severe speech delay from it, and that she needed this tube. I should never have to beg for something to be fixed like this. He agreed to put a permanent tube in the ear, and that he would only bill insurance and we would not be responsible for the 40% left. We scheduled the second tube procedure for April 10th. Once again staff was great, she goes to recovery, he comes in to talk. Said there was fluid again, but he placed the tube in to replace the old one that fell out. I asked, so this is a permanent tube? He replied that he decided not to do a permanent tube, that her ears were tiny, I’m not a doctor but you would of know that by looking at her eardrums in exams, and I really chalk it up to being lazy, lying, forgetting, trying to bank extra insurance money, or you JUST DONT CARE. I let it go cause she was already done, thought oh he knows best. The next day I found the tube in her ear AGAIN, This time there was very little drainage, and it still fell out. If her body was rejecting them both of them would come out, not just one. If he put the permanent tube in the second time, it might of been a different outcome. I’m just here to say that this man has banked off our insurance, spent me and my husband time off work, has cost us money, has put a mother through the nerve racking moments of anthesisa, and I will have to go through it all again with a different doctor now, my daughters speech therapy is put on hold, her development is on hold. The wait times in the office are TERRIBLE. I took my 2 1/2 year old in yesterday for a routine checkup following her ear tube procedure 18 month ago. First and foremost, Dr. Mock is a very skilled, experienced surgeon with a pleasant and calm demeanor. He is very committed to his patients. I had tonsils removed, turbinates reduction and uvulectomy. I couldn't breathe at all through my nose after surgery because the tubes were clogged. Dr. Mock had me come on on a Sunday afternoon when his office was closed to remove the tubes instead of having me wait on Monday which gave me such a relief. Another great asset in his team is Tracy, the nurse/office manager. She takes the time to explain procedures, is very thorough and professional. She is caring and even stayed later waiting for me when I requested to have my nose suctioned (I was stuck in traffic). Dr. Presley Mock performed surgery to remove a small growth on and in one of my gums, which a dermatologist previously determined as something of considerable concern being possibly cancerous. The procedure was done by Dr. Mock with an anesthesiologist whom Dr. Mock arranged for the entire surgery. Samples were taken at various levels of the excision and analyzed on-the-fly by a micro oncologist. Fortunately, I was cancer free. Everything healed perfectly and there were no complications.
