Dr Braswell is a blessing from God! She’s an excellent Doctor. My first pregnancy has been a great experience with her providing me with care. I had to have a cesarean and Braswell made me feel so comfortable and it was a pleasant experience. I love Dr Braswell and that comes from the heart.

She is an Amazing doctor. She is relatable, she listens to your concerns, and you truly feel heard. She has great communication and people skills. She keeps you informed and very aware of your options. It has been a great experience.

Mrs. Braswell was very welcoming and overall a sweetheart. She was very friendly. She was very informative about what I needed to know and so far as my pregnancy. She is a very nice woman and I love her already even with this being my first time meeting her.

I have been coming here since I was 16 and had my 1st child. I am now in my late 20’s. I wouldn’t go nowhere else to have my woman needs meet at all. Dr. Braswell is a great listener and take time to learn her patients individually. I don’t know about yall but I care what my insurance covers. My plan states that my primary care visit is free $75 for lab work. Tell me why they trying to charge me for 150 for services. Also my plan does cover depo shot which i originally asked for. They said because I havent met a deductible. What? Thats not right. I just came from my primary care doctor which they did the same as a obgyn, and my service was covered. I asked my first primary care do i need to pay and she said I was covered. Worst‼️ obgyn I’ve ever had. She didn’t even deliver my baby she allowed a student to perform my surgery; in which I gave no permission to be done of course while I was sedated.. if fact after my my sea section with her I had to see several doctors.! This is my first pregnancy and I feel I chose the best ob/gyn Dr. Braswell for my care.. my baby’s as well. This is a great facility I plan on continuing to come to her for future needs. ❤️

The staff is extremely friendly. Although I was having a bad day, they went ABOVE and BEYOND in making sure I was ok. I am very thankful for the team for just understanding that I was experiencing personal issues and didn’t just write me off as a patient, and let me have my moment. Thank You Michelle and Dr. Braswell for being human and treating me like my family would have. I expressed to my mother how in this one situation I didn’t have to call her because you all made me feel more than comfortable. I love the entire staff! They never disappoint me! Dr. Braswell delivered my first son who is 5 and I am now 9 months pregnant due any day with my baby girl! I’m so excited! I couldn’t imagine even going to a different OBGYN, so imagine how in feel about who could deliver my baby !

Total delay in care during pregnancy. Found out the results to my blood test 3 weeks after visit. Reason, she just forgot apparently. ????????‍♀️

My daughter pediatrician sent her to see this doctor and the lady at the desk is HORRIBLE! I came in with my grand baby that is 4 yrs old and the lady at the desk stated that myself daughter and grand-daughter couldn’t all stay in the office which was ok with me. So I stated that I will go back to the car and do the paperwork as I was leaving the counter the lady say ma’am the child can’t stay in here with your daughter. NEVER HAVE I HAD THIS TO HAPPEN TO ME ABOUT A 4yr old that was going to stay in the office with her auntie. I stated “to cancel my appointment”.. NO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Always feel at home when I am there!

Extremely poor experience... Dr. Braswell required that my wife get an ultrasound to confirm correct placement of her IUD and stated that is was REQUIRED... Her office staff said they confirmed with our insurance that it was covered... well, the ultrasound was through a 3rd party company, and Dr. Braswell assigned a "routine" diagnosis code rather than "medically necessary," and now it is not being covered by our insurance provider and the imaging company is charging us $2,678 for a procedure that took less than 30 minutes. I’ve asked them to assign the correct diagnosis code, and the office staff is ignorant and has said that a different code does not exist. I have spoken with Dr. Braswell, and she is unprofessional and argumentative, likely because she knows she mistakenly ordered a procedure that is not covered by insurance. No one has ever followed up or discussed discounting the outrageous charge. I highly highly encourage people to look elsewhere for a gynecologist. Extremely poor experience... Dr. Braswell is very kind and courteous. The office staff is awesome each visit. I enjoy coming to my appointments.

Staff is efficient and friendly! The nurse practitioner is super knowledgeable and relatable and put my nerves at ease. Check out was super simple. All in all, a great visit!
