This Dr. Is amazing. The wait times are longer than one likes but if you notice the waiting room is jam packed. That's not because she is bad, she knows her stuff rock solid. Ask other patients in the room where they are from, I come from two hours away some come from three hours away. It just bothers me people complain about wait times. I get it you have things to do, if you don't like the wait times go see a Dr. With no patients and you won't have to wait or go see a great Dr. And wait. This Dr. Is amazing. Schedule you for one thing, then have you sign a pain contract when you don't want pain meds (I was working through the process for nerve block) and then don't even do the procedure they scheduled you for. And come in twice a month????? Why????

First, I think it is terrible that the 2 entrance doors and the door to and from the exam rooms are ridiculously heavy. There is no automatic door opener for handicapped/wheelchair bound patients. I highly recommend that this office considers adding this for patients who may have disabilities /disabling pain. Secondly, the secretaries are not very pleasant nor is the particular triage nurse who I seem to get every time. It is also very unpleasant that patients are welcomed by a closed sliding window with a sign instructing them to sign in and they will be called up (when the secretary decides to bother to open the window.) This requires the patient, who is struggling with pain, to have to struggle to their seat and then struggle to get up again to answer questions that the secretary is now going to take time to ask. Dr. Reddy comes across as a very caring physician ( this the 2 stars). She talks and moves very fast and interrupts often. On more than one occasion, I had to stop her from injecting the wrong side. Her procedures are not very sterile ie removing a needle several times to reinject it in a separate area. This creates a significantly increased risk of infection. She also grabbed paper towels to stop the bleeding, also not sanitary. I'm sure there are sterile gauze pads that she could use. Again, she is very, very nice. I think I will try to find a different office for a safer and overall more pleasant experience. At ten oclock in the morlning, dr. reddy is allready so far behind she is turning away patients. And she is turning away patients who have allready made the trip to her office, not patients later in the morning!! How can anybody expect good patient care from someone who can't manage a waiting room!!

In my opinion This practice is a bunch of con artists. They are not really interested in treating pain.

Made to wait an hour after my scheduled time. Dr Reddy speaks fast and continuously interrupts. I feel like she did not even understand why I was there. Worst experience I have had

First visit here, waited 2 hours until I was finally called back, just to wait another 30 minutes in the room. After filling out all the paperwork that repeats itself "We don't give pain meds, if you have any drug history you are toast, and if you miss an appointment you have to pay a small mortgage", I kind of feel like maybe I'm not the prioirty to these folks. The front staff is just short of rude, and so far I am completely unimpressed with my experience here. Dr. Reddy just dropped me a couple weeks ago without warning. She said she was dropping me because she’s afraid of getting in trouble by the government for prescribing pain medication. I have been there for over a year and never had a problem. I was not allowed to taper off my medication, I was just left to suffer extreme withdrawal on top of my pain! This is unconstitutional and I am looking for a lawyer now. Please beware, she may drop you without warning next! I have a letter from her office stating she is responsible for my care for 30 days but she is refusing! Also, after getting my records from her I found out she never even listened to me. I saw Dr. Reddy for the first time today, she was very professional and informative. She was a good listener and explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand it. I am extremely happy with her care and would recommend her.

I was just in Dr. Reddy's office and I was amazed at how helpful her staff is and how professional but yet down to earth Dr Reddy is. I look forward to working with her on my medical needs.

Wait time not to long everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they find the answer but I have had nothing but a awesome experience at this practice period.

I had plenty of PAIN DOCTORS!!, since my 3 back surgery April of 2000. I been going to Dr. Reddy over 4 years!. She is EXTREAMLY NICE! To me!, Dr.Reddy is the GREATEST!! Pain Doctor in the whole entire pain management. Field. She helps me with everything!! And she is a great listener too also She CARES about her patients. I been going to Dr. Reddy over 3 years!!, She is a very understanding, sweet. Compassionate, very concern with your pain , she will do anything to help you as much as possible. I been with pain Doctors since April of 2000 and 3 major back surgies with steel rods in my back and other issues with pain. Dr reddy is the BEST!!!pain Doctor.SERIOUSLY??????

Dr. Reddy is an extremely knowledgable physician. She is great at what she does and works hard to consider what is best for each patient. However, the receptionists at this practice are unbelievably rude and will treat you like you are inconveniencing them by being there, so don't take it personally.

She is an excellent and compassionate physician, who truly cares for her patients.

The best experience, I have had with a Doctor in a long time.
