Is this a joke ? I’ve called 3 times in 3 days to get an appointment and the receptionist is in INDIA !!! Someone later suppose to return your call, I gave up going to another Dr. It’s a clown show.

I had asked this office EXPLICITLY if they took my insurance and ASSURED me that they did. The day of my appointment they called to tell me that they have to cancel my appointment because they don’t actually accept my insurance.

I am so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Moorthy several years ago. I have had extensive surgery for orthopedic and osteomyelitis diagnoses. I have moderate/severe rheumatoid arthritis and severe spinal stenosis. Dr. Moorthy works diligently and knowledgeably to provide optimal relief for all of my conditions. Dr. Moorthy, Yvonne and Yvette and the rest of the staff are always positive, compassionate in their involvement in my care. I feel very medically safe in their care. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life.

WHAT VISIT? there office staff is horrible. Your going to deal with the public in a medical field then please speak better English. When I have to repeat a 4 letter last name half a dozen times then there is a problem. My phone number was even harder for them to understand. After a patient two weeks of waiting for a return call for an appointment I call back and shocker , I'm not even in there system. I see why your google reviews are so bad.

Waited 2 weeks for Dr. Moorthy to review my medical records. Called several times, left messages, no one returned my call, had to drive over to the office. The manager said my drug screen results were not there. They wanted medical records from my doctor, I gave it to them. No one mentioned drug screen results. When I was trying to look up the results from Quest, the manager practically shoved me out the door. I explained I was looking up the results. End result, calls me a few minutes later to tell me Dr. Moorthy reviewed my records and said she will not see me because she doesn't prescribe pain medication. She gave me a couple other doctors that she said do. I reached one office over the phone the next day who told me, Dr. Moorthy prescribes medication, not them. I called Dr. Moorthy's office back, reached someone else, explained my situation, and she started to make me an appointment. Next thing I hear on the phone is what sounded like the phone being taken away from the desk girl by that "manager" who said so rudely that Dr. Moorthy said no. I calmly asked for Dr. Moorthy's statement in writing. The "manager" continued interrupting me, would only let me get one or two words in, and refused to give me anything in writing "because" I'm "not a patient!" I don't believe Dr. Moorthy reviewed my medical records at all. Sounds like the manager is an angry, disgruntled, and deeply disturbed woman. Don't waste your time at this place. As I was in the waiting room waiting on some type of word, two elderly patients told me the staff never returns calls and they have to get a ride to the office to ask anything. Sad. Unacceptable.

I have been treated by Dr Moorthy for over 7 years as I have incurable, severe spinal problems and Dr Moorthy has kept me almost completely pain free. She, Yvonne, Yvette and Nikki plus the rest of the staff in the surgical center have been very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient! I would never go anywhere else and I Highly Recommend pain Management Center.

I've been with Dr Moorthy for 5 years, I've always had problems with the admin staff. From not answering calls, not returning voice messages for over 3 or 4 days. Now I find out they charted someone's pee test on my record. How do I know it's not mine? My last office visit was telehealth. A Zoom call with Yvonne. Since I still had all my other educations all I needed for the refill was my pain med, now I cannot get them either. I'm absolutely done with with nonsense! There are No words to describe the pain I have been through, as I suffer a chronic lower back pain, and worst part of it all, is the severe stenosis in my neck, there are no doctor better than Doctor Moorthy, and I count my blessings daily to have such an Adamant doctor that truly cares for her patients. Recently I visited a chiropractor in town, that has been adjusting my back for over 3 years, he has my file printed in red SAYING SUFFERS OF SEVERE STENOSIS.... bottom line on my last visit I laid down and thought he was going to attach some electrical wires for stimulation, and that was Not the case after he cracked my neck. , at that moment I felt something wrong as I was In. Tears and asked him why!!? As he forgot my stenosis and he was never supposed to Crack my neck, I truly went through hell and back as there were nights I would sit in the garage crying at night so that my children won't see me. Thanks to doctor Moorthy and her help and dedication, as i followed what Yvonne suggested to take the shot asap( oh God I love Miss Yvonne) she is simply awesome, so Miss jeni scheduled the shot and doctor Moorthy and her staff were truly carring and helped me go through the pain, by far it is the best thing I ever did to get through my life threatening problem. They did everything they could to get me an appointment quickly and provided a fantastic level of care. Everyone was attentive and sympathetic to my situation. Couldn't have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. Highly recommend.

I've a Patient for Almost 5 years.. My Treatment for Herniated Discs, Pinched Nerves, Osteoarthritis and a Few Other Issues with Back and Neck Has Allowed Me at Almost 50yrs Old to Enjoy Living in Our Florida Climate Year Round, the Treatment Keeps Me Very Active and Mobile. In Return My Overall Health has Benefited, Staying Fit Physically and Mentally. I went to see Doc. Moorthy for my previous L5 herniated disk surgery I re-injured. The pain was horrible, numbness all the way down my leg and localized back pain. Soon after my first visit after dialing in medication, it began to feel a lot better. I received a few steroid and and nerve blocks and I’m almost pain free today. She is quick and to the point, knew just what to do and brought me from sleepless nights and painful days to virtually no pain today. Jen was on top of my appointments, medications and I appreciated being able to speak to a veteran medical Pro. that she is. DR MOORTHY is a very kind and caring person and her staff follows her lead , especially JENNY she's always multi tasking but still with a smile .NAPLES doesn't deal with many gunshot victims and although I'm still in pain I know DR MOORTHY will continue giving it her best to at least help slow down the pain , she has helped with injections better then any DR I visited in N.Y . Jenny was able to get me in to see Dr Moorthy the same day to deal with my issue. Dr Moorthy was more than willing to help me. I received an injection and Jenny helped set up an MRI.

Had my injection yesterday, and I am pain free heading North this weekend and I will be able to actually sit on the car ride WITHOUT pain! Thanks to Dr. Moorthy and her team Dan and Jennie they were all so helpful.

A few months ago I developed severe sciatica. Conservative management did not help so, I went to Dr. Murthy’ s office whom a neighbor had recommended. Her office works very efficiently. Dr. Moorthy is making every effort to solve my back pain problem. It is still a work in progress, but I am experiencing a lot of improvement as a result of her efforts. Dr. Moorthy’s Office Manager has been conscientious in trying to accommodate me with timely appointments with the Dr. and scheduling required procedures as quickly as possible in these busy time. Our 93 year old father was bent over at the waist, barely able to walk even with cane due to severe L4 & L 5 spinal stenosis. This past week, he had flare up with muscle spasms. Tried to get appt. with other recommended Drs. & was offered 4 weeks away!! Jenny, at Dr Moorthy’s listened to us and assured us that she would call next day if she had cancellation or would try to reschedule someone not in acute pain. As promised, she did get our dad in the next day. Dr. Moorthy was kind, compassionate & professional. She listened carefully and recommended epidural. Because of his terrible pain, she worked him in the next day! It’s only been couple of days but dad can straighten up and pain relieved! Our family is so appreciative of their compassionate care!!

I would look elsewhere for a provider. Only was able to see the real doctor once. Thereafter pushed off to physicals assistant for follow up. Assistant is very nice and had a good manner, however can’t seem to ever find prior notes or test results . Every visit is like your fist time, and you have to go through and ask for everything. The staff at the front desk was only trained to do one thing, get your payment upfront. They have a hard time answering incoming phone calls. I watch the young lady for several minutes ignoring the phone ringing off the hook. You would better off looking elsewhere. . I would look elsewhere for a provider. Dr. Moorthy and her staff have always been professional friendly and compassionate I deal with constant pain which she has compassion for and helps me deal with issues helps me with injections and referrals if needed I would recommend her for anybody who needs a compassionate caring physician

I have seen other Dr. for my back and leg pain, Dr. Moorthy was the first one who took time to have me explain symptoms, actually listened, actually prescribed treatment. Office staff were helpful and alleviated any anxiety I may have had. I left the office feeling relief was on the way.

Dr Moorthy recognized what was causing my pain immediately. Within days she scheduled me for a procedure and listened to me as we explored follow up care. I’m happy I found a pain management doctor that I can rely on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moorthy for the past 12 years. She is the best doctor I have ever been to she listens and goes beyond what other doctors would to make sure you are treated with respect and professionalism. Her office manager Jenny is such a caring person. I have had issues with my insurance company and she is on the phone with them taking care of it. Also she has made sure my surgery was scheduled and called to see how I was doing after. The surgery wasn’t even with Dr.Moorthy but she still will call to check to make sure I am doing ok. She spent nearly her entire Friday evening, going way above and beyond her schedule and duties to work with my insurance company and the pharmacy on my behalf to get my situation figured out, and it was the pharmacy's fault so she didn't even have to do that! I really appreciate her putting in the effort and doing all that she did she get these issues resolved! This is also not the first time that she is gone above and beyond to help me out doctor Moorthy is lucky to have such a compassionate person on her staff and hopefully she is compensated well enough that she doesn't leave! I saw Dr. Moorthy about my knee pain an she gave me my 1st injection on the 4th of March. On Sat the 5th I played golf without taking any pain pills. I was fine and played the best I have in months. I have had very little pain and am going for my 2nd injection tomorrow the 11th. I will have a total of 3 injections and then I am considering having my L knee looked at. Thank you Dr. Moorthy

Dr. Moorthy shows a lot of compassion to her patients. Sometimes it’s a bit of a wait in the office but she doesn’t rush her visit with you. Recently I had injections in my lower back and my pain is gone and I’m able to get back to golfing and exercising! Her staff is very patient and really works hard .

Let me start off by saying this office has turned around, very caring and great staff. Dr. Moorthy has blessed hands with her injections, has helped everyone that I have recommended to. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Moorthy gave me an injection on 11/18 20 , for my Stenous which was successful in taking the pain from my calfs and hips. I think I cracked several ribs on 11/20/20 , from falling in the shower. I had alot of pain after doing this. I called my Ortho Dr. on 11/23/20 , and he put me off saying I could not see the Dr. until 12/8/20. They offered no suggestions. I called Dr. Moorthy later that day not knowing she was on Vac. for that week. Still the office was able to reach Dr. Moorthy and she gave a prescription to Walmart later that day for some pain which made my days bearable. I am sure she was busy but still took the time to help me. If you are looking for someone who will actually listen to you and then work miracles to get you out of pain. This is the place to be. In all honesty Dr Moorthy is a God send. I went in dragging my left leg and could barely stand up. She gave me a diagnostic pain block shot. And I literally left and walked 4 miles home. I couldn’t believe it. Dr. Moorthy is wonderful but the office workers are not. They forget to order precriptions all the time. I am without now. I DO NOT TAKE PAIN PILLS!!! I take gabapentin and am out now it has been 18 days since I saw her and no precription and they will not return my calls.

Staff needs URGENT customer service training(front desk ,medical assist as well as the ARNP. You are not felt welcome the staff needs to realize they are in the position they are because of the patients visiting the office and they are sick (people should be treated with care), when you arrive not even acknowledged as a first impression its best to turn around and leave. Unfortunately for the physician that have hired the staff because the staff is a reflection on the physician and in this case the staff does not compare to the physcian. ONLY make appointment to see the physician NOT the ARNP, very unprofessional and the previous review is correct in regards to ARNP addressing conditions that are not related to the reason you are there to be seen, you know when something is off because the doctor as been treating the patient for months and other physician as well in the same specialty and has knowledge of the patients history and as Never stated what the ARNP has!!!!!!she went as far as stating the patient will die.... Dr Moothy and her staff operate the most unprofessional and negligent doctor office I've even been to. I've been a patient for a while and they mess up everything that they have done for me. I should of stopped going there a long time ago, I'm arranging to get a new doctor but have to wait due to it being the week of Christmas. I really try to only write positive reviews, yet I feel the need to warn anyone that even thinks of using her to please use anyone else. They messed up my prescriptions so many times that my pharmacist makes fun of them. Dr Moorthy's office sent me to a MRI and wrote it out for the wrong part of my body. Which caused me to waste my entire day because they couldn't do the MRI. Whenever I would complain about these multiple blunders her staff would argue with me. Plus when I needed things fixed I would call without being able to get ahold of anyone or get a call back. I would have to drive over there to get it fixed, almost every month. The MRI center told me that she has more complaints on her than any other practice in Naples. Her practice should be seriously shut down for the saftey of the people in this area. I highly recommend Dr. Moorthy. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable physician who listens carefully to what I say, and has customized an effective treatment plan for me. She is excellent at treating the whole body, and figuring out what medications are necessary and finding substitutes for those that don't work.

I have been seeing Dr Moorthy for ten years now. She is a God send! I have 4 herniated discs in My lower back & without Her I wouldn’t be able to even stand up yet alone move around! I’m not on any medications either. She injected the area with a nerve block for My discs years ago & so far so good. I had the same procedure done up in South Jersey where I’m from & My pain management Dr up there did the exact same thing. Excellent doctor. I have had problems with my back for many years. This doctor took the time to review my studies and examine me. I have had a few procedures and I am 90% better. I no longer have to take pain medications. Thank you Dr Moorthy for giving me my life back!

She is never on time. Waiting most visits up to an hour or more. The lobby is packed, leaving you thinking they are over booked. Her goal is to get you to have injections. Really no interest in healing, just pushing pills and of course the injections, which are $1,200 or more. I have been her patient for over 5 years and were I able to switch to some other doctor who actually has my best interest at heart, I would. Due to pain mgmt laws, I can't switch. Constant turn over of employees.

A very inefficient office set up with paperwork having multiple pages asking the same thing then are asked the same questions by medical assistant, then PA and again by Dr. Moorthy. Was told 3 times they wouldn’t take my insurance and 2 times they would. Made sure I would know how to pay. Seemed less concerned with my problem than payment. Overall flat impersonal inefficient office

Although I will give at least good stars, I recommend that you take authority over your own well being and never consent it to anyone. This Dr was always kind to me but there are no healers in western medicine, it is a for profit industry that at the most will treat symptoms of your problem with treatment that has it's own long term negative effects. Find the root cause of you're condition and treat it there,it's the only way you will find healing. Go holistic and find healing :) Beautiful Dr.

In regard to a negative post on here, I'd like to say that aqua therapy is not the same as water aerobics, and aqua therapy was quite therapeutic for me. It is simply not true that Dr. Moorthy only prescribes tramadol for pain. She uses the same medications, injections, cauterization of nerves, etc. that any other pain management doc uses. She and her staff are very welcoming, professional, and accommodating. On two occasions, when I have called about severe pain, they made room on the schedule so I could be seen that day. I went to another pain clinic in town for several years, and I am so much happier with this doctor and this office. My experience with Dr. P. Moorthy has been life-changing. After seeing so-called “doctors” for months, trying to get help for excruciating pain in my back. (I had seen a chiropractor and after an “adjustment”-it took 3 months for me to find out he had broken my back in two places.) Dr. Moorthy simply knew that I needed serious help and requested an MRI. She discovered 2 compressed fractures. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and wise. Dr. Moorthy has provided me with a quality life, even though I still have many restrictions and sometimes unbelievable pain (due to my trying to do more than I should), I am confident that with her guidance and wisdom, my life will be, and is, much better than before. I am a pain patient for 15 years as a result of being rear-ended in a car accident. I had two back surgeries that are now causing more and more pain. Dr. Moorthy has kept me going, trying this and that, until nailing down procedures that work for me. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Moorthy.

Her incompetent staff almost killed me!!! They never renewed my Gabapentin - had to go from 1800mg to 0mg in 1 week. I called continuously to renew over a week in advance - it was never called into the pharmacy. When I discussed it with Dr. Moorthy she couldn't have cared less. Turned me over to her manager...never even checked my vitals. I wound up in the Hospital the following week!!! Then she had the nerve to bill me for my visit of discussing the incompetence.

Very Unorganized unprofessional, staff members not happy with the below par payment and benifits provided which is very apparent by the constant change in staff. Dr. Moorthy has a very disorganized scheduling department at best you will wait atleast an hour to see the PA.
