Prashant Reddy

Dr. Prashant is ok, but his staff and their money grabbing methods are pathetic. I took an appointment for my 70-year-old mom for tooth extraction. Over the phone they told one price and I took the appointment, did all the paperwork in-person. When my mom was waiting on the operation table, they hiked the price and mentioned that we have to pay consultation fee also, which they never mentioned over the phone or at the beginning. My several requests to waive the consultation fee were denied, and I had no option other than paying whatever they asked and get my mom operated. Had it been my tooth, I would have been walked away without surgery or payment and found a better doctor. My point is, they can be greedy or pricey with their services. But they need to mention the price at the beginning and stick to it. If people are ok, they will come or find another doctor. But they cannot say one price over phone or before starting the services, and at the last moment on the operation table, they cannot hike the price. I hope one day someone will teach them a lesson for this kind of bad practices. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend this doctor in my friends circle. What a great group to have for Oral Surgery. Dr. Reddy is a compassionate and caring Surgeon. Ellie, Office Assistant, was very personable and efficient in scheduling my appointment to have a tooth extracted and making sure I had all of my medical history available to them. Doctor Reddy is a really good doctor. Giving 3 stars because of the receptionist. The receptionist is the worst receptionist I have experienced in my life. She was showing me attitude when I was trying to ask her questions regarding my dad who is a diabetic patient. I called the office to make an appointment and she was very rude. She should be fired or taught how to do her job. Was very uncomfortable while I was talking to her on the phone (all I called for was to make an appointment and I was very uncomfortable with the conversation). Doctor Reddy is a really good doctor. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Reddy for my wisdom tooth extraction on Nov 24, 2020. He is a very good doctor and his craftmanship is flawless. I did not feel a thing at all during my wisdom tooth extraction. I highly recommend him for your dental work, even it is worth waiting for him to come back from Navy Reserve Duty Call. Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and did not feel a thing during the entire procedure! Dr Reddy patiently answered all my questions and helped ease me into the procedure. I had the best experience, with a minimum recovery time. I did develop a dry socket which Dr Reddy immediately attended to and I healed well. Also, Ellie at the reception was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend Dr Reddy and his team! Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and did not feel a thing during the entire procedure! Very nice experience Minimal recovery time

Dr. Reddy is very professional. I came in very scared about getting my wisdom teeth taken out but he kept me calm and they were out before I knew it. I did not feel a thing! Highly recommended

The day before the appointment I called the office to utilize the patient payment plan on their web site to cover the after insurance balance. The receptionist stated she would check with the Dr to see if it would be ok to utilize the payment plan. I waited the entire day for the call and noticed that I missed a call at 4:30pn (which is close of business for this office). Of course I tried to call back and only received the answering service. I noticed also she did not leave a message, nor did I receive an email. Today I’m ready for my appointment but wanted to make sure the payment plan was in place. I called the office to confirm only to be told that the physician would not allow me to utilize the payment plan. I inquired why the form was an option if it couldn’t be utilized . The receptionist stated that the IT department failed to remove the form. Never once tried to accommodate or take responsibility for the misinformation THEIR OFFICE provided. Two months ago,I just went there and he just asked me several simplest problems, I didn't take any examination, even my x- ray photo taken in another dental (I didn't pay anything ), then a couple of weeks I received a statement showed that I due him 70$ except my insurance paid 120$ for me. I was shocked and when I share this news to my dentist who took my teeth x-ray photo and recommended me to visit there was also shocked, eventually he recommended me another dentist. So, I strongly suggest you don't come here unless you are very rich!! Dr. Reddy is a professional and friendly doctor. My daughter and I had a great experience with her wisdom teeth surgery from the appointment setup, surgery date and follow up appointment. His front office is also amazing and very customer service oriented. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job.

My experience with Dr. Reddi was beyond excellent and exceeded my expectations. I had all 4 wisdom pulled. I was under sedation and the procedure went smoothly. I developed dry sockets and Dr.Reddi was always availbe to help. His staff is wonderful and communication with them is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr.Reddi for your dental work. Dr. Reddy and his team did an outstanding job with my wisdom teeth extraction this week. They were very thorough in walking me through the procedure and getting me ready beforehand and made me feel very comfortable despite it being my first surgical experience. I was under IV sedation which made the surgery a lot less painful. In the following days they were very good about answering all my random questions and getting me in for follow-up appointments whenever I was worried about something or had a question.
