Had a referral to see Dr. Podila. Making an procedure appointment was easy. I have to really compliment Jax who did the questioning prior to my procedure. She was amazing! The best gastro doctor in the United states

Dr. Podila is great but I wish he would explain more things. The office is terrible at answering calls, returning calls and messages, and there’s always a long wait to be seen when I always see the doctor for 5 minutes.

It's a sweet little park which is a much needed resource for the neighborhood. Walk my dog there every morning and totally love it.

Busy, busy, busy, busy. Love Dr Podila and his professional services ( he was highly recommended) but staff seem over stressed and good luck in getting your phone call answered without having to call 3 or 4 times then put on hold and disconnected several times. Once you get a live person then you get service you need. Left messages with answering service during their noon closure and never got a return call back from the stressed staff for a very important call concerning medications before a procedure next day. This made trying to schedule and trying to get my h needed information very a very stressful process. Dr Podila was very timely and professional so he is the four star experience. Has a lot of patients

Very professional and organized.

My wife had an endoscopy in the middle of December. Biopsies were taken and to this day no one from the practice has contacted her to let her know the results and if she needed any antibiotics. Very poor service when it comes to taking care of the patients.

The COVID test done before to assure safety was harder than the colonoscopy procedure. Dr. Podila and staff were helpful and there were no issues. The only problem I had was trying to reach them by phone a few times, but that must mean they are busy.

I met with Dr Podila on telegraphy for the first visit. I was a little apprehensive at first but I was amazed at his warmth and caring that came through over the computer. He understood my problem as I described it and ordered an endoscopy right away for me. I’m so grateful he did, I was having dysphasia with food (always felt like it was getting stuck and was very scary) and he was able to find what was causing this. He was able to stretch my esophagus during the procedure and I had no pain post procedure either. I will look forward to my follow up to find out the result of the biopsies. So glad I went to him and felt very cared for and felt he really wanted to help me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Podila??

Had an appointment on the books for over a month and then the Dr realized he doesn't treat my condition?!....

He did no testing. Told me nothing is wrong with me and prescribed me antidepressants. My stomach is in pain. I didn't go there cause I'm sad. I went there with severe abdominal pain and extreme excessive diarrhea. I think they're lazy at this office and they don't give a crap about me literally.

Went to him because he's a gastroenterologist and I have severe abdominal pain and extreme diarrhea. He didn't do any testing. Said there's nothing wrong with me and prescribed me antidepressants. He doesn't listen and treats me like I'm making this up. I don't recommend him.

I needed a colonoscopy done and went to Dr.Podila to have the procedure. I was so scared days before, but the procedure went very smooth. I did not feel a thing. I was out cold, I believe they administer Fentanyl. What I liked is that right then and there he will let you know what the results are. The worst part of the whole thing I can say is the pooping from the Golytely that happens the day before.

Arrogant. Doesn’t listen to the patient. Pushes more expensive procedures then ordered by the referring physician with no regard for risks. His staff is as rude as he is.

I explained to Dr Podila prior to the procedure,I have a low pain tolerance, he said it would be alright. During the colonoscopy procedure I felt them ramming the scope up inside me over and over. I was yelling to stop, yet he continued. They said I had the maximum medication they could provide. After the procedure he said the next time he would put me under. Then I had an attack of diverticulitis, called him, he ignored me. I don't think I'll be going back to Dr.Podila.
