Dr Patels wife is very unprofessional. She thinks she knows everything. She needs to learn that she is not always right. It’s time she retires and they get a real office manager. They wonder why the practice has problems growing.

I never got to meet Doctor Patel, he was my husbands doctor until Oct 15, 2019 when I questioned the staff about the medical charges being billed to our insurance and us and the staff became VERY upset, ask us to leave and handed us a dismissed from practice letter on our way out the door! Rude front Desk people his wife is unprofessional dealing with people without any experience they only care about dollar's they absolutely have no interest in what patience needs its not a place to trust with your friend's family ????

Have been to many sea. Patel is the absolute best at everything. Doesn’t rush time with you, listens,, great personality. Have yet to hear anyone that doesn’t sing his praises. I have sent very close friends to him. Now they think he is the greatest. I live in Waterloo now but refuse to change drs. So I travel the distance for him.

I'm giving 5 stars just because Dr. Patel himself deserves 10. He is a awesome doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. Whenever I've needed to ask questions regarding prescriptions, side effects or just concerned he always calls me back. His staff with the exception of a couple he has had for years are a little stiff. Almost 'put off' that your there. Somewhat rude? Yes. Especially the chubby guy that checks you in. He needs a job perhaps that doesn't involve interacting with people or speaking for that matter. Dr. Patel needs to find staff that are pleasant, respectful of his patients and provides them with a doctors visit worthy of 5 stars. I'm giving 5 stars just because Dr. Patel himself deserves 10. Dr. Patel is great, no complaint about that but his staff is the worst ever. One of the ladies there deserve to be fired. If you go there you will be expose to be disrespected. Sadly to see the doctor we cant skip to see those faces so as she told me my family and i have to go find another doctor.

This doctor and his wife, the office manager, are extremely greedy! Myself and my husband were charged a $25 no-show fee when trying to reschedule an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. They stated that it had to be 24 business hours to avoid the fee. Also, they billed my insurance company incorrectly and I was charged a specialty co-pay rather than a primary care co-pay. They said that I was still responsible for the two $50 co-pay visits that should have been $25 each.

This is a great doctor.. by far one of my favorites. would recommend that you ck the charges..
