Excellent care.

This Dr charged me for determination refractive state which I never wanted to get done. I just went for the basic annual exam and clearly told them to not do any procedure for which the insurance does not take responsibility. They did it anyways and keep sending me bills. Please make sure you know where you are going. I had a horrible experience. I did not even receive any prescription for my glasses. The doctor was very knowledgeable for all the reasons I went. I was able to ask all the questions I had. She explained everything for me to understand. The refraction was explained to me in detail by the office staff. I didn't have to sign it if I didn't want to or understand it. As always the insurance companies have everyone coming and going.
