Today I had my best scope experience EVER! From Erica the efficient check-in nurse who made sure my shoulders were covered with a warm blanket, to Laurel who masterfully put in my IV, and sang to me with Arianna (I loved it), then the nurse anesthetist cheerfully and safely gave me a nice nap, finally Ashleigh carefully removed the IV and got me safely to the car. Dr. Chotiprasidhi was sweet and very kind. The whole experience was seamless. What a great team!

He is the best

Dr. Eddy was so friendly, prompt and compassionate. A friend recommended him to me and I was happy I took her recommendation.

VISIT 1: He was polite, gave detailed description of the two procedures he would do under anesthesia to rule out cancer. No calls from anyone to see how I was doing the next day which is usually routine. Follow-up visit scheduled almost a month away. I called with questions but was refused to speak with him nor did he call me back. I waited on pins+needles for answers. 24 days later we had our phone conference and he was vague and refused to answer my detailed questions. Every patient has the right to know the details of a procedure they've received. I persisted assertively as he became annoyed and told me I was rude. I was describing a large "lump" which appeared down my abdomen. He stated that was NOT normal and I should find another physician to finish caring for me because he refused to see me again. Lack of time to bother giving detailed answers? Dislike of females with medical backgrounds? Arrogance? Skip him if you want comprehensive answers to your problems.

Great care from Dr. , Anesthesiologist and Nurses.

This was a follow-up office visit from a procedure I had done. He explained everything, and answered any questions I had. Very professional, and I didn't have a long wait time in the office.

The staff there was so so very nice, thoughtful and caring! The anesthesiologist....omg! I love her!! She made me feel so much better about the anesthesia. Dr. Eddy I'm sure was amazing as always, but I think he say more of me than I did of him!

Absolutely the best. Found issue first scope that several others hadn’t for over 12 years. Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!

I was very pleased with my experience at DDS. the staff is very friendly and professional.

My procedures went smoothly. Staff was friendly and professional.

From the front desk ladies that checked me in to the Nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr Eddy I was treated with kindness, concern and caring through out the entire procedure process.. I highly recommend DDS and the Regional SurgiCenter!!

It can be overwhelming to have any medical procedure done, but Dr. Eddy and his staff are an excellent team. My anxiety and fear were calmed and the procedure was flawless.

Top notch experience from the office staff all the way through. Very thorough and efficient, Dr.Eddie is excellent to say the least. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Eddy, Is an excellent doctor. He gets right to the point and figures out what the problem is.

Dr. Eddy is wonderful, very thorough and professional. The staff there is friendly and warm.

I took my husband to the ER with bloody stools. Poonputt Chotiprasidhi, M.D. (aka Dr Eddie) came in, on a holiday, to do an endoscope. He found a bleeding duodenal ulcer. Per the nurses, if Dr Eddie hadn’t found and repaired the large pulsating ulcer John would have coded that night. It took 8 clamps to repair. Dr Eddie was very humbled by our gratitude but we were and still are so very grateful for his skill and dedication. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Eddie.

Dr. Chotiprasidhi did not explain my condition (e.g., severity) nor did he provide sufficient information to me regarding treatment options (e.g., changes to diet). He told me that I did not need to change my diet and that goes against logic and my own research when it comes to my diagnosis and treatment. His responses to my questions were one word answers: "no", without any elaboration or explanation. Yet I'm supposed to pop back in 2 years for another EGD under his care. I think not.
