Love Dr Ramani! Just started going to this office this year but already love it. The wait times are reasonable. The staff is friendly. The doctor is very sweet. She seems to care about your concerns. She listens and explains things well. Definitely a 5 star office.

My son always think no DR cares,but he like Dr Ramani, she say what's on her mind,but she help my son with what he need to feel better,and later am sure she will get to the bottom of what's all going on with him as he get tests done,,thanks Doc, u will see him next month.

She is awesome! My first visit to her office when she was in McDonough Ga was great! I was seeing another doctor that keep giving me antibiotics for a nodule on my throat saying it was a lymph node. Went to Dr. Ramani she told me to hold my head back and swallow, i did... she said this is your thyroid. The nodule was on my thyroid. she sent me to get a ultrasound they found 3 nodules on the inside of my thyroid and 1 on the outside. She referred me to an ENT, long story short...it was cancerous! Dr. Ramani's bedside manners are horrible. I suggested SE Primary Care to my mother a couple of years ago based on my experience with Dr. Harsch and Osborne and my PA Tamra Casper. My mother lives about 2 hours away and I wanted her to receive the same extraordinary care that I've received. The first red flag occurred about 6 months ago during a visit. She visited with my mother for approximately 5 minutes and hurriedly assessed her without going over any results from previous tests. Upon leaving the facility she left the building before we could even get into our vehicle. She did not take the time to genuinely care for the patient. The second red flag was March 2nd. Not only was Dr. Ramani unprofessional, but the nurse was also. She has expressed on every visit that my mother has "white coat syndrome" because her blood pressure is always elevated by the time she arrives at the doctor's office. On this particular day Dr. Ramani stated in a hateful manner that "it was not white coat syndrome." Her ethical and professional manners are not acceptable. If she doesn't want to provide exceptional care for every patient maybe a change in profession is something she should consider. The State Medical Board will be notified of her unprofessional behavior and unethical manners! This is not the intended practice that Drs. Harsch and Osborne envisioned upon it's creation. Very nice Dr. but doesn;t have the time for you after care. The Dr. will not return phone calls. If you are looking for a Dr. that really cares about your health find someone else.
