Arrogant, lacking bed side manner. Was my mother's doctor for decades and I took her to an appointment after she was released from the hospital. He ignored her concerns, talked down to her and gave her a prescription for antibiotics. Less than 24 hours later we took her to the emergency room to find the combination of meds he prescribed had put her in renal failure. She exhibited all the warning signs, expressed them and he ignored her. She had lost 31 pounds in two weeks and he said if she looses another 31 pounds then I'ii be concerned. Terrible doctor! Beware!!

Probably the worse Dr I have ever met. Went in to office with my brother who has lots of medical issues, asking for ekg, cxr, gi referral and psyc. Also wanted to address his hearing loss. This so called Dr was in the room for less than 5 minutes, tells me he won’t refer without a reason. How would you feel as a patient basically being told unless you’re dying you’re not worth being helped. Don’t go here, I have been a nurse for almost 40 years and have never seen this rude behavior

My wife and myself have been seeing Dr Totti for close to 2 years, he and his staff have always been professionals. Dr Totti and his staff have always been extremely friendly and really seem to care about your health and is willing to answer any questions and explain medical terminology in a sense that you can understand!! I have never rated anybody or anything a five but so far can’t find anything to complain about!!

Dr Totti has always done an excellent job with any medical problems my wife and I have had!! Very professional but friendly!!

First off I never rate anyone or anything a five but so far after about two years haven’t found anything to complain about! Dr Totti is very professional and friendly! He listens to your questions and answers them in a way you can understand! Dr Totti is really concerned about your health and doesn’t hesitate telling you what you need to do if it needs improvement! I would highly recommend Dr Totti!!

One of the best Dr. He is always there when I need him even on the on weekends

Dr Totti and staff have been amazing! They are caring and listen to how I'm feeling and really try and get to the bottom of it. Would recommend!

This place is an absolute joke..... seriously I have been to numerous hospitals and doctors with my family members and thought we were being pranked. Dr. Totti, is always there when I need him and the staff he has now are wonderful. He did have changes to his staff for what reason I do not know. I have been going to him for 10 years. He has an excellent bedside manner and he cares a lot about his patients to no end.

Dr. Totti is a walking nightmare on two feet. I went to him cuz I had an earache, and he took out the stick oh, that look like a coffee stara, he stuck it in my ear what times and each time he did he hit my eardrum, that put up a red flag for me can we meet that he was a bad doctor. Then I went to the ER because I had a bad pain in my left leg, and then the day after I got a call from Dr toddie's assistant telling me but I have to call them first before I go to an ER and I told him no way don't then my pain management doctor called his office Jose needed shots in my back, blockers, and he told my pain management doctor not to give me any shots in my back and I've been suffering ever since. A pain management doctor told me that he is the only doctor have you ever met in all his profession that that would refuse a patient medical attention in their life. So I tell you if you go to him be ready to remain in pain or not receive any good professional Medical from him doesn't care about body

Dr Totti is one of the most unprofessional Drs I’ve ever had. If you want someone that doesn’t listen to their patients, acts as if you’re a number and not a person then this is the guy for you. My biggest advice is to stay away!

I switched to totti in January, from another doctor in the practice (first mistake). Called today for a referral to an ortho doc. For my knee, Said I needed to see doc first. They made me an appt. For 1.5 hours later same day. About 45 minutes later they called back to inform me he had looked at my records and was cancelling my appt. Because I had been told there was nothing else that could be done for my knee. Here's the problem, I have never seen a doc for this knee. I called my previous doc N. Patel Told them what totti's staff had said, she looked through my records and sure enough she couldn't find any record of this knee being treated. She said she would look into it and someone would get back to me. Not holding my breath for that phone call.

2 1/2 months he denied me health care for an oral staph infection . No blood work he said it wouldn't show anything. Not given the proper antibiotics . Refered me to someone who couldn't help me. Wouldn't give me a prescription so I could be tested at Bayonet Point Lab. I used him for 2 years. I had great faith and trust in him until I was really sick and needed him. So disappointed in him. I have been very sick and in pain since my 1st visit with him 11/22/2020 with no help in sight..Looking for a good, caring Primary Care Physician.

Worst Dr. I have ever spoke with. I asked a few questions about my elderly father and the next thing I was asked to leave and slams the door! The doctor doesn’t listen to what you say and then starts raising his voice. All he cares about is getting his charges.

Patient Beware: This physician does not have any bed manner and is not patient friendly at all, seems he works for the insurance company and forget how pays for the premiums. As far as referrals are concerned he denies any and all plays God and Devils advocate! The staff are on his side as they are afraid to step in and assist patients with request or needs, they also lie and bump you to another nurse. Left a feed back of 1 but if I could I would have left a Minus -3 in all fairness. Gladly transferred out of there to another Dr. where I presently reside now out of state and my present Physician was stunned to see how much patient neglect and abandonment he had done, even suggested I should file paperwork with the state DPBR regarding all of it! Dr Totti was nice enough. but getting a referral to see a specialist is like pulling teeth. The office staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!! I have been waiting for a referral to see a specialist and they told his Medical Assistant that is was for a diagnosis of X and after calling several times she told me the problem and I told her the correct diagnosis, mind you the referral sent by my specialist had the correct diagnosis. I finally changed PCP to another Dr.

Dr. Totti is a GREAT doctor but his office staff is terrible. I was needing my Thyroid medication refilled (Synthroid) because I had moved to Kentucky after my mother's passing. I was up there for about 6 months before I could get ky. insurance and set up a new patient physical with a new Doctor. I had a appointment set up and I only needed a couple of weeks of medication to get me thru until I was seen by my new Doctor up here. I have been going to Dr. Totti since 2000 so it was not like I was a new patient to him OR his staff. The front desk girl transferred me to his nurse and she refused to refill the medication. I explained to her my whole situation with my Mother passing away from Cancer and us moving up here to take care of my Dad, she told me she didn't care. I begged her to just asked Dr. Totti to see what he says because he was very familiar with any medical history that I may have. I knew by the way she talked that she wasn't even going to relay the message to him. At the end of our conversation I said to her, " your not even going to ask him are you?" And she replied No... I'm not. I just hung up the phone. Meanwhile, I seen my new Doctor who ran blood work (which by the way I told the nurse that I would do that if that's what it took to get 2 weeks of Synthroid) my Thyroid was 5.0. Very disappointed he use to have a great staff but certainly not anymore. She should have atleast gave him my message. Not to mention that my new doctor is not able to get thru to anyone to get my medical records. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Totti is a GREAT doctor but his office staff is terrible.
