Been going to see Dr. H. for the past 8 years at their Ft. Myers and Cape Coral offices. Nice and very friendly staff. Always polite and helpful with any paperwork. Clean and friendly place.

I had a severe fall that ruptured two discs in my spine. Additionally, I suffered from shoulder pain from a broken tendon and dislocation of the shoulder three times. My back injury was causing me chronic and severe pain. Dr. Hyppolite's assessment and treatment of my disabilities has led to significant reduction in pain, and I was able to get my life back with his expert help.
Dr Hyppolite is the best Doctor I have had in my 55 years of being alive!!! I gave this one star because of your lousy automated services. And that I have to have a new app on my phone to communicate with you. I have uninstalled it. Why is it that Doctors offices are unable to answer their phones. Automated lines are not very customer service orriented at all. And when the office trys to remind you of an appointment...you get another automated service. I have numbers blocked on my phone that are not in my contacts. So I dont get reminders at all. Most people will not pick up a call from an unknown number. Maybe use your your staff more efficiently and let them call patients personally. Better customer service equals happy patients who actually want to use your services. REMEMBER YOUR PATIENTS KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. TREAT THEM BAD. THEY WILL TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.YOUR NOT THE ONLY DOCTORS IN TOWN.
