Dr. McAndrew is a very caring doctor and takes as much time as you need.

She is kind, caring and sympathetic while explaining the diagnosis and the challenges. I am so lucky to have her on my team!

Dr. McAndrews spent so much time going over all my test results. Explaining everything. She is so through and very caring. She also Informed me about surgery, radiation and oral estrogen suppressors. She drew diagrams of what the MRI and Biopsy showed. I highly recommend Dr. McAndrew.

I tried making an appointment for my mother to see Dr. McAndrews however she refused to take my mother on as a patient. My mother has metastatic breast cancer and was not at all happy with the care she was receiving with her oncologist. Dr. McAndrews is highly selective in deciding who she will see. You either have to have stage 1 cancer and be in remission or be a high profile celebrity. If she was truly a good doctor, she would have accepted any patient, including ones that are slightly more complicated. Dr McAndrew is the best she takes as much time as you need with her. She is very caring and provides the best treatment for each of her patients- she is so awesome and I have no problem driving from Camarillo for my follow up appointments with her. I'm so grateful to have her on my side.

Brilliant scientifically yet never forgets the "human" side of life. Extremely busy but equally devoted to her patients. Passionate in her battles against disease and for the quality of her patient's lives. Pragmatic and personal. She really does listen.
