I searched for about a year looking for a highly skilled and safe plastic surgeon. I found it with Dr. Lachica. His bedside manner is impeccable and he is honest and very detailed in his care pre and post-operative. My surgery has been anything short of amazing. His nurses and staff are available for any questions or concerns and Dr. Lachica is always available. Plastic surgery comes with risks and safety is first with Dr. Lachica.

Dr. Langsdon is a gifted surgeon, and his entire staff are compassionate, intelligent, and positive. I can’t say enough good things about The Langsdon Clinic.

Excellent experience with Dr. Langsdon and his wonderful staff. I am a little under three months post op and loving the results of my rhinoplasty!

Wanted to post my review/experience in hopes of providing clarity and defend Dr. Langsdon practice—character, specifically against some of these negative comments. In brief: Dr. Langsdon and his staff went way beyond to help me with my procedure. Specifically most appreciative of—how they each contributed towards making sure my experience from start to finish was beyond professional standards, they kept me knowledgeable of the process/procedure at each milestone, and overall—ensuring my expectations of my procedure was transparent. Dr. Langsdon is not only good people but a genius and applies exceptional care to each of his clients needs—however he does so with brutal honesty. Which some may not appreciate hearing (the truth) as these negative comments relay, but why would you want anything less from your surgeon/doctor? When I called for consultation the women i spoke to was very very nice, but when i had my consultation i was not treated very professionally. Treated me almost as a joke!

I would actually give zero stars for the results I got for the money I spent here. I went with very specific goals and was willing to pay for it. I ended spending over $1500 and got none of what I requested. I went for a follow up and expressed my disappointment and was given lots of excuses and no satisfaction. Go somewhere else!

Wouldn't recommend this doctor to family or friends. A little over 18 months ago i had open rhinoplasty surgery. The work looks very unprofessional and out dated to the eye. Both family and friends reminds me that the work just doesn't look professionally done. Nothing is defined or smooth. It's either pulling or swaying in wrong direction. The cartilage that was added to the bridge is twisted, uneven and droops downward. After the surgery you will notice things like brainwashing, excuses, persuading, anger, props, and referrals. I would recommend choosing a provider that works under a hospital setting rather than a room inside an office building. Make sure your decision isn't like mind depending on reviews and gallery. You need to know someone that have had the exact procedure you will have performed.

I was very pleased with my office visit and the professionalism of the staff. My concern began after the surgical procedure. Last November i had an open rhinoplasty performed. After over one year my nose area continue to look unprofessional and unpleasing to the eye. The area gives the look that trauma has occurred, instead of a rhinoplasty surgery. Dr. Langsdon is an excellent plastic surgeon. He gives his honest opinion, his staff is excellent, and the fees, reasonable.

When I was doing research for my rhinoplasty, I knew that I wanted the best. IT BLOWS my mind how so many people will price shop for someone that will be cracking open your FACE and sculpting it. This isn’t some rotating fan on amazon, people. You want the best, most skilled, educated and experienced person for the job, and Dr. Langsdon most certainly fits that criteria.

This month is 14 month post op rhinoplasty with Dr. Langsdon. This surgery was life changing for me. I would do it all over again tomorrow! This review is a little lengthy but I want you to know how great of an experience I had with The Langsdon Clinic! Growing up I suffered several broken noses from being a super active kid. It wasn’t until my teenage years I started noticing my crooked septum. It started small but devolved into a huge insecurity I couldn’t get past. Every look in the mirror I focused mainly on the odd shape of my nose and it kept me from ever feeling good about my appearance. After years of talking about surgery and contemplating if I wanted to be the girl that got “a nose job” I finally stoped worrying about what other people would think and went to see Dr. Langsdon. My first visit I was so nervous. I hated looking at my nose and the last thing I wanted to do was walk into an office and talk to a stranger about how crooked it was. The office is very nice and clean and I had no trouble parking in the back. Beth is usually who will greet you at check in and she is so nice. You will start your first consult with taking your first set of photos with Marcus which you’ll pretty much do every visit from there on out. Immediately meeting Dr. Langsdon I felt a sense of comfort. I could tell he really cared about how I felt and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered before I left to make my decision. I knew before I even left that he would be the one I wanted to perform my surgery. The surgery went exactly like he explained it, nothing was left out and no suprises. I felt taken care of and almost like family. Ok fast forward to surgery day. I arrived with my husband and parents. After paperwork is all signed they took me to the back in the surgery center. (Which saves you a lot of money btw because it is at their office. So no unexpected hospital bills postop) I put on my gown and had to wash my hair with some cleanser because Dr Langsdon had to use a tissue graft from behind my ear since my cartilage was so thin. My nurse Marie was very nice and I had total confidence that she would take great care of me. I met my CRNA which was also wonderful. I got a lidocaine shot in the area before my IV was inserted which I thought was such a nice extra. After speaking with Dr.Langsdon and his fellow surgeon Dr. Schroeder about the plans for surgery I remember getting some medicine and then waking up afterwards. No pain :) Post op week one: I never felt horrible after surgery. I did lay around a lot because those were my instructions “take it easy”. Let me just mention Vicky here. You will meet Vicky day one first appointment I’m not sure her job title but she has been with the clinic for a long time. She is like your surgery momma. Vicky called my husband several times the first few days making sure I was ok and on the right track. If he had any questions she was there with answers. I cannot thank her enough for her support through the whole process! I used maybe half the pain medication prescribed because the first few days just felt like a bad headache. I did NOT have packing in my nose. It bled on drip pads for about a day and I just felt stuffy for a while. So because of that my bruising was very minimal. I could have gone back to work in a week. I did have an internal splint left in to hold my septum in place because of how bad it was and also had a splint on the outside. The splints were removed after 1 week. It was uncomfortable but it was super fast and Dr. Langsdon was as gentle as he could be getting them out. So here am 14 months out. All my swelling is gone. Most of it was down by the 6 month period but the year mark I could see my nose starting to define more in certain places. I went for my visit today and I can honestly say I will miss seeing the staff and Dr. Langsdon until my next appointment a year from now. Looking in the mirror today I see a confident woman with nothing holding her back. I wish I would have done this so much sooner. You will not regret doing this! 8 weeks out and so HAPPY with results!!?? Incisions are virtually undetectable & no one has asked if I had “anything done”. I have been asked who does my hair & colors my hair? ?? So funny since my hair is the same as always has been! ...signs of a Great plastic surgeon!??I look like myself only an improved & younger version. Really no pain, just inconvenience of reduced mobility for 2 weeks to ensure proper healing. The entire staff at Langsdon Clinic is over the top in medically trained, efficient, professional behavior, and warm & personable one on one. I Highly Recommend Dr. Langston. His talent can’t be matched . He is definitely gifted , Precise, and compassionate. When I was about 21 years of age he performed a Dermabrasion on my cheeks due to I had so much scarring. The results were amaziing. He has made such a huge impact in my life as I know he does with everyone that he comes in contact with. I’m now 48 years of age and he has been a God Send in my life again . Due to having deep set eyes , the aging process and having End Stage Lyme disease over the past 14 years, the aging process tool a tole on me. I started developing bags under eyes known as tear troughs. I constantly looked tired and sad due to the bags underneath my eyes and this lady at work kept making negative comments to me about my tear troughs which caused depression and Insecurities. Carol Langston gave me Botox injections between my eyes and around my eye area that make me look younger! Carol also injected a syringe of Restylane in areas where she filled in some indentions on my face and she also put some in my lips. I am very happy with the results.

In April I had a lower cheek lift performed by Dr. Langsdon. From the moment I had the final dressing removed, I could not have been more pleased. Six weeks after the procedure I went to a family reunion. All my female cousins told me I looked fabulous and wanted to know the name of my face cream. Dr. Langsdon is one of the most caring and attentive providers I have ever been to. I have seen him for several procedures and have been very pleased with the outcomes. He always explains everything so that I understand what is going to occur. I find him to be extremely ethical, especially when it comes to a procedure I might not need. While most doctor's would just book the procedure, he will politely explain why he thinks it is unnecessary. I would trust him with my family and friends.

He tends to ignore your concerns, make you feel stupid for even asking such things and he did not explain his answer or actually give a real answer when i asked the technique he used doing my nose. unsatisfied client but the social workers there are amazing. in addition, pictures he displays for his before/after photos are from the 1980's.. which is not a good sign when looking for a facial surgeon specialist. looks like ill be doing a revision soon :(

The Dr. Langsdon clinic has changed my life!! They do miracle work!!! I've had the pleasure getting work done by Phillip and Carol Langsdon. I wanted to improve the looks of my neck and upper jaws so I chose Dr. Langsdon as my doctor. I had a procedure done to my nose by Dr. Langsdon in the past and knew personally he was the doctor I wanted to use. He did a great job for me.
