Many times there is a 30 min or longer wait time, but then he always gives us plenty of time to ask questions. Just wish he would routinely notify us of what specific blood tests were done and allow us to see a copy online & print if desired. We must always Call Him for our results!

Myself and my family have all used Dr. Jones for YEARS. He is reserved, but has an excellent bedside manner and is attentive and listens to your issues. He explains everything in an understandable manner and cares for every one of his patients. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Jones has been our family doctor since the establishment of our family in 1989. He has always provided excellent care. Aside from being a family doctor, he was our son's swim team coach. He and his staff even visited us during our son's funeral. They had provided care for him all his healthy life. He and his staff are that kind of clinic who provide a lifetime of care. Our only fear is that he will retire before we leave this earth. We really dread having to find a different doctor.

The first time I went to Dr. Jones he was very cold and dismissive. He decided I don't have seizures after suffering them for years. He also won't prescribe certain medications for congestion but would give me something else. So when I call this morning to get something for congestion I waited all day long to have something called in to my pharmacy. His nurse did call to get my symptions and said they would get back to me. They finally called at 5 pm to say the Dr. Would not call anything in.

Dr. Jones is caring and competent. He has treated both my mother and me for many years helping us through many diagnoses. His staff is professional, wonderful and caring. They are like family.

Doctor Jones is a very good listener, that means a lot even though I wasn't making since to him. I have faith in this man to help me with whatever this is going on with me. I really like him and I would recommend anyone go see him.

Dr. Phil and his assistant Shirley are awesome. He is not only funny but up-to-date with his information, which was hard to find n Tupelo. I would suggest anyone to see Dr.Phil
