excellent - my husband had an emergency and Dr Storey's office was accomodating, kind and professional. He is brilliant !

Took time to answer my guestions. Always friendly and welcoming and nice support staff.

Staff were nice, Dr was the most arrogant, rude doctor I have ever seen. When I tried to ask a question, he told me to be quite and listen to him. I tried to look at the pictures on the computer, he told me to sit down. He wouldn’t even fill out the papers I brought with me. Would never recommend this Doctor. Dr. Storey and staff are wonderful! I wish they still had an office in Taylor. Waiting room area in Round Rock office too small for such a busy, thriving practice.

Doctor story is a very caring personal doctor.. if you have questions people take the time to answer them.

Good and organized experience at clinic. Only improvement could have been better explanation of after care; had to ask front desk.

I have seen Dr.Storey for several visits. The testing, staff and his patient interaction are all superb. Initially followed up at 6 weeks, then several months, now just annual visits with specific instructions to call if certain symptoms arise

This doctor is extremely professional and courteous... I would highy recommend Dr Storey to any friends or family looking for great options involving their eye care health...

Dr. Storey is very good and professional. He explained what was happening with my eye. I had wet macular degeneration in one eye . I was so scared . Dr Storey and his staff was wonderful . He calmed my fear and after a few injections , my eye was so much better . I no longer have wet macular degeneration . I am so thankful

I enjoyed the whole experience. From having the paperwork sent to me via email prior to my appointment to the professionalism from the staff that I was engaged with. The staff and Dr. Story are a fantastic group. They were prompt and didn’t keep me waiting long. Dr. Story is a great surgeon and had a wonderful bed side manner that many young doctors lack. He is excellent. Fun side note he reminds me of the Actor Paul Rudd ???? That’s right there is a good thing. Thanks for taking care of my eye. Appreciate the care. Every staff member was so kind, personable, and professional!

Dr Storey and his office assistants have the process down where there is effective efficient and timely organized proficiency, my visit was not stressful at all. An additional observation I am very aware of physical limitations some patients may present and was pleased to see everyone assisting those patients were kind patient and courteous, this office culture is to be commended. Dr. Storey is one of the best doctors in around Rock. He is Personable, warm and patient. When going through what was happening with my eyes he was honest, gave me options on next steps for treatment, made sure I understood the pro’s and con’s of treatment and allowed me to make the final decision. My husband David and myself were very please and impressed by all the personnel. Everyone was so professional and attentive and for staff and Dr all being bilingual was a big help for husband. Thank you Dr.Storey and staff!

Dr. Storey makes you feel very comfortable. He definitely cares about you! He describes what has happened, and what you need to do to have healthy eyes. I highly recommend him to be your optomologist.

They were able to take my referral from Dr Lindsey immediately and were able to determine the situation with my right eye.

I was impressed with Dr. Storey and the staff at the ARA Lakeway office. Dr. Storey is very knowledgable about my particular problem and was most explicit in giving me information about my condition and the procedure for correcting it.

I was worried and scared about my eyes and surgery . Don't need the surgery just yet but would feel safe in Dr Storey's hands. Lovely to meet him.

Caring and professional staff. My 95 year old Mom was taken very good care of and reasonable adjustments were made to accommodate her being in a wheelchair.

Dr Storey is always pleasant and a great eye doctor. And his staff is great too!! So glad I was referred to him.

Dr. Stores was very good and professional. He explained what was happening with my eyes. He also explained the procedures he was going to do. He did an excellent job. I have a lot of confidence that my eyes will recover.

Dr. Storey was so great with the care of my mother. His Spanish was great, he was very caring and knowledgeable. He made sure my mother understood her condition and treatment. We were very grateful for the care received.

Six days ago, the eyesight in my right eye just went away. It was like someone smeared vaseline over my eye. I could see light and some shadow but nothing else. My GP referred me to Dr. Storey's practice and they made an exception to get me in immediately. After the technicians had gathered test results, Dr. Storey greeted me and explained what was happening. I had significant bleeding from ruptured veins/arteries behind my right eye but he could treat it. As gnarly as it sounds, Dr Storey injected his magic stuff into my eye and explained it would take another five visits before my vision would be restored. Three hours after our visit, my sight improved by 25% and he told me he had every confidence that my eyesight would be restored. I walked into his exam room, certain that an eye patch was in my future and I walked out knowing I had received the very best care I could have ever received. Dr. Storey has an excellent bedside manner as well as a long line of successes in treating patients like me. I feel I was in the best hands possible here and more than appreciate his skill and communication skills. Six days ago, the eyesight in my right eye just went away. Sadly, the practice is run like a factory.. people are herded like animals .. although politely done, it’s very impersonal. No spacing between patients AT ALL! I felt rushed and miserable.. having worked with an ophthalmologist in the past, I expected a more professional facility! The young assistant putting drops in my eyes couldn’t even manage to hit my eye with my eyes wide open looking at the ceiling! I felt, after leaving, that all questions I needed answered were not important enough to bother contacting their offices and asking about! The practice leave a lot to be desired! Everyone was friendly and professional. My appt took approximately an hour. Dr. Storey was so nice & knowledgeable…he took the time to answer all of my questions. I was very nervous about my appt but he made me feel very optimistic about the outcome of my treatment.

Wanted to add this review to say that Dr Storey did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional in all our visits. Top notch doctor who knows his stuff!! Explains things very well and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. Follow his post-op instructions and things will turn out great.

Dr. Storey was professional, courteous, and very thoughtful and considerate during my examination. I was extremely impressed by his kindness towards me, especially since I was truly concerned that I might have a serious vision problem. I'm sure he sensed this, and made an effort to put me at ease. I am fortunate to have a good result from his examination, and will return to see him in six months. I want to add that everyone I came in contact with during my visit was pleasant and considerate. Awesome doctor!! just wow!

Diagnosis was quick and accurate and surgery was scheduled for the following day due to the urgency of the condition. Dr.Storey and his operating room staff worked with speed and precision and the procedure itself was completed in less than an hour. I am grateful to everyone involved for the work done to save the vision in that eye.

I waited 2.5 hours to see the doctor for less than five minutes. There were a lot of patients in the office. Most were elderly and at elevated risk of contracting Covid. At one point I was directed to wait in a very small internal waiting room with multiple other patients where there was no room for social distancing despite masks being required. This seems like a viral Petri dish and I was uncomfortable but stuck since my eyes were dilated. I would suggest an improvement that the office book less appointments to get people in and out quicker, especially with the Omicron spike and the number of aged patients and others who may be at risk. They also had equipment malfunctions with an imaging device and their billing system which caused additional delays.

Everyone at Round Rock ARA was warm and professional. Dr. Storey was kind and thorough. Outstanding experience.

As always, the staff and doctors were professional, upbeat and friendly in all their activities. The only problem was that, after the treatments, there was a wait of over an hour for a Yellow Cab to arrive to take me away.

How would you like to hear you are to get a series of injections in your eye. Terrifying to me. I met Dr. Story and he takes the time to know his patients. When I was prepped and in the chair Dr Story asked me to turn my head back, put a last drop in my eye and then said see you in a month. I never felt a thing and my fear was gone. I'm so happy to have Dr. Storey working on my eyes. Don't be fooled by how young he looks. He is a very competent Retina Specialist. He will explain everything he's doing & answer your questions. He saved my vision and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
