This man should not be allowed to work with patients and their families. He is rude, condescending, and appears to have absolutely no empathy or compassion. He is seeing patients at a critical and traumatic time in their lives - a time when many are being diagnosed with cancer and some told they are dying. Why would a hospital continue to employ this man when his unacceptable behavior is well known to staff? I pray young/new staff do not follow his lead.
