Very professional,

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Staff are fantastic and I always receive great care!

Dr. Penepent, as well as his entire staff are kind, knowledgeable, caring and truly interested in keeping us healthy. At our healthy visits, he makes sure to go over the medications we are taking, and that we are up to date in our immunizations. We find Doctor Penepent to be easy to discuss difficult situations with. He takes time to listen to our cares and concerns.

Crystal is by far the best Dr I have ever had. She listens to me, helps find solutions to any problems I may have. She makes you feel very comfortable and I would recommend her to anyone who may be looking for a doctor. She is professional and knowledgeable and has a warm friendly personality.

Outstanding providers working there, and a well organized and welcoming office team. Crystal D in particular is outstanding

I've been with Dr. Penepent for over 40 years. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Simply put, he is perfection at its best. Wonderful & caring staff as well!!

The BEST office I have ever been too. Crystal D. Is the BEST , caring , knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Hands down , 5 + years of coming to them and I trust them and appreciate them .

I have been with Dr. Penepent and his staff for decades. He and his staff have always treated me well.

I’ve been going to the PENIPENT office for a long time. They are kind and courteous and know their job well. And Dr. PENIPENT is an excellent physician

Crystal Densmore, P.A. is absolutely wonderful. I'd give 100 stars if it were an option. Her compassion, empathy, knowledge, professionalism, and overall demeanor are beyond exemplary.

Dr. Penepent genuinely cares about the welfare of his patients. He is an excellent diagnostician, and also has the (often rare) gift of explaining complex medical matters in plain English. As if that combination weren’t enough, Dr. Penepent has a gift for teaching. You will often find medical students “seeing practice” in his office. He’s doing more than his share to ensure that our next generation of Medical Doctors and PAs will understand the importance of practicing Medicine, rather than simply providing “healthcare.” (I wish that Western New York had 1,000 more just like him!)

Dr. Penepent has been my primary care physician for many years. He is always attentive to my health and any concerns I have. His office is always available for consult and referrals. Appointments are easily made and all staff are helpful and courteous.

Excellent care and listening given to our concerns. All questions and concerns answered clearly in a relaxed and professional atmosphere!

Dr. Penepent and entire staff are always very helpful and you are never kept waiting. Good communication, friendly and super clean!! A great practice!

Dr Penepent has been my primary care provider for many years. Although I experience my share of anxiousness when it comes to doctor office visits, he has a very positive demeanor which helps put the patient at ease. I have total trust in the treatment procedures and advice he provides. It is also common to see medical students present in the office, being guided by the doctor, which seems to be a reflection of how much he cares about helping to train the next generation of caregivers. I see Crystal Densmore and she is by far the BEST physician I’ve ever seen. She is compassionate, attentive, explains everything and is always available when I have questions or concerns. Caring medical practice

When I visited here, macular degeneration was suspected and an ophthalmic appointment was required as soon as possible. The manager, James, made an ophthalmology appointment directly. Thank you so much. If anyone needs help, James will help. Fron desk is very very friendly.

Front desk is terrible and takes forever your either on hold for 25 minutes or they just will hangup the phone on you while your on hold, they are also anxious to end the call with you, you can be in the middle of talking and they hangup on you. Not the office to go to if you want to be treated nice.

Highly recommended been with them about three years.From the front office to the to the Doctors PA Crystal just professional and want to help and do what’s best for you.Everything I ask I received an answer or recommendation to figure the issue out.they take it personally to look out for your health

Yes, I have seen him several times this year. I don’t like having a student PA or NP in with my visit before I see the doctor. And you aren’t even given the option if it’s ok with you. I want my time with the doctor and not a student. You explain why your there and then, you have to explain your problem again when the doctor enters the exam room. And each time you go there, you see a different student. The doctor never sits down to talk to you. You feel like your in a hurry to tell him your problem. Also, his PA on the first visit got the wrong BP on me and she had my pill bottle in her hand, and wroFr down the wrong dose. She called me about a report, and told me the MRI report said I had a mass on my left side. Quess what, she misread the report! Scared me to death. And you don’t see the doctor on your first visit. I saw the PA and my husband saw a PA student. This was to just review all the information that I entered on the EMR from home! $700+ later the insurance paid him

never rushes - listens well - considers all the symptoms - will not hesitate to send you to another Dr that he thinks will take care of your problem if it is out of his field. always pleasant and honest.
