Very courteous and professional staff. Dr. Miller was very thorough and answered all of my questions during my consultation.

I was bothered by the hyperpigmentation on my face for quite a few years. Jen, the nurse injector, really helped me! She was very thorough and meticulous when using laser treatment( cutera XLV I think) to hit every single dark spots and sun damage on my face, even on my hands! It’s been two weeks, I can see a significant difference. Will coming back for my second visit soon. Very excited!

I had trouble breathing for years due to a severe deviated septum. Dr. Miller fixed my nose for me. The procedure was smooth very little swelling and no bruising. He fixed the esthetics and functionality. I can breath good my nose looks great. My wife actually had a procedure done as well with Dr. Miller! We love him! Such a great guy and awesome doctor. Very informative and compassionate, which is rare in this industry. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!

Staff was wonderful! I communicated with Clay frequently before my appointment. He was very through and detailed. He gave me a lot of comfort and allowed me to take my time in deciding how to proceed with my appointment with Dr. Miller. During my appointment, Clay walked me through each step of liquid rhinoplasty and ethnic rhinoplasty. Upon meeting Dr. Miller I ultimately decided to try liquid rhino before I committed to surgery. Dr. Miller was incredibly detailed and gentle. He explained each step as he was injecting me. I’m genuinely obsessed with the results of the liquid rhino and I didn’t feel a thing!

Honest review of my first consult with Dr. Miller. First off, I want to say that staff in small offices are usually a reflection of their owner in one aspect or another. With the plethora of busy facial plastic surgeons (BH & NYC) and their staff that are arrogant or just outright rude, it was a pleasure interacting with Zain, Clay and the surgical coordinator. I spoke to Zain several times on the phone in the months prior (some rescheduling was involved) and he is always polite and efficient. Clay took 3d Vectra pictures and he really listened well and did a great job portraying it on the Vectra imaging. Then, Dr. Miller came in and reverified what I wanted for my nose which was so refreshing bec. he really listenend and did not push any certain style on me like other surgeons do. Since I value his expert opinion and esthetic, I asked him what he felt would be best for my nose and he gave a great opinion. Dr. Miller is down to earth, friendly and didn’t push procedures on me, just told me what he felt I needed (I also asked about other procedures) His surgical coordinator is knowledgable about procedural details and mentioned she’s been with him for 19 years because she enjoys working for an ethical doctor. Also, of major importance, his opinion lined up with that of other top docs. I learned to always be weary of a cosmetic doc whose opinion is not inline with others. He was a little rushed on some of the other stuff, but given consulting for multiple procedures, I was happy. Another good sign is the office is really busy with a lot patients coming in and out from procedures. I was surprised how busy he is especially because they take their time to answer all of your questions. The overall appt. was pretty long but, we covered a lot and I didn’t feel like I had lingering questions. I felt comfortable with Dr Miller’s experience level, opinion and felt valued as a patient by the whole office. Will update review after my first procedure and hoping it continues to be 5 star.

I had the pleasure of doing some work with Dr. Miller a few weeks ago. I had visited a couple other doctors before him, but was disappointed with their lack of professionalism - one office called me 3 days before a surgery to tell me they had to reschedule because they were "missing a tool" for the procedure - so I decided to keep looking. I'm really grateful I came across a video of Dr. Miller on YouTube and decided to make an appointment for a consultation. The whole process was exactly what I was looking for and made me feel really comfortable going forward with what I wanted to do. Dr. Miller is an exceptionally nice man and I had no doubt that he was an expert at what he does and is very passionate about achieving the best results for his patients. I had a very nice visit at Dr. Millers office very home like feeling. He explained everything to me all my questions answered in a lot of detail. The whole staff was very friendly, they even showed my how everything will look after the procedure. If you’re looking to consult with a doctor this is the one to go to.

Dr. Miller is a nice man, the facility is clean and the staff is kind. But overall I am very unhappy with my rhinoplasty revision results. I spent over $18,000 to be left with the same issues as before. I was promised a straighter nose and it is still just as curved as before. It is very disappointing to spend almost a down payment on a house for the pain and downtime of surgery to have no change. I was hoping for a better experience and result. They even had to go in a second time so shave a bump that developed after the first surgery. I really wish something more would have been done and I could have gotten the results I was truly hoping for. Could not have had a better experience. Dr Miller is not only an excellent surgeon but compassionate, patient and attentive to detail. I don't typically write reviews, but wanted to share for those prospective patients doing their research. I have now undergone two procedures with Dr. Miller, a unilateral eyebrow lift to correct some asymmetry as well as an open rhinoplasty with septoplasty and turbinoplasty. Dr. Miller does flawless work. He is conservative, which is a good thing in my opinion. He will not make you look overdone or unnatural. In fact, most people can't tell exactly what is different about my face, just that I look better and am more confident when having my picture taken. I have to admit, I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teen but was too scared of the procedure and the anesthesia. The anesthesiologist, the PA, the nurse and of course Dr. Miller were terrific. They listened to my concerns and adjusted my treatment protocol accordingly. Recovery was not too bad actually, despite all that was done. I never bruised and was able to be out and about after the first week, looking pretty normal. I was able to manage any pain with tylenol. I showed him edited photos of my nose to give him an idea of what I wanted and he did just that! I've been going to Dr. Miller for years for regular botox (I'm 36, I get 35 units in my forehead). I have been so happy with those results that I received two sessions of Kybella treatment to eliminate some building jowl fat in my chin area. I am beyond thrilled with the results. The healing process is a little uncomfortable (and frankly comical...you will have bullfrog swelling for a week), but completely worth it. Frankly since we're all wearing masks right now anyway, this is a perfect time to do it. There is such a noticeable difference, I'm mad I didn't take before and after photos! Last time I visited, I even experimented with some eye filler for my deep tear trough lines, and as usual, I am blown away by the results. From start to finish Dr. Miller is a professional. He is able to quickly and expertly perform each injectable procedure I have had, which is huge to me because I have a needle phobia. I feel so grateful that I was able to have Dr. Miller perform my rhinoplasty! This is something that I’ve wanted for over 10 years and finally having it happen at the best Facility in New York was a dream come true. The staff was very efficient in their COVID safety protocols, they answered each and every question with kindness and elaboration. His team was so kind and gentle. I went into see Dr. Miller after doing at-length due diligence/research on the similarly credentialed plastic surgeons in Manhattan. He listened to what I wanted and created a simulated photo that accurately illustrated the outcome I had in mind. They were able to schedule me for surgery in the timeline I was looking for. The staff was very responsive on email and phone. The day of the surgery I had no anxiety because I knew he was a highly skilled surgeon, I felt the expectation of what I was looking for was both clearly communicated and understood, and the anesthesiologist was great (the anesthesiologist even caught a minor heart condition I have, which other doctors had not noticed). Dr. Miller is very confident, he anticipates the questions patients will have and answers them in a way that is clear and understandable. I was able to get back to normal life a week and half later using concealer. Recovery was a breeze. The outcome of the surgery is exactly what I wanted. My nose is more dainty and looks natural. No one has suspected I had a rhinoplasty but I have received several compliments that I look great from people that knew me beforehand but they couldn’t quite pin their finger on what I had had done. Nine years ago I had a surgery on my nose by a physician in NYC to improve passage ways and straighten my nose. Unfortunately that physician did not do an adequate job which resulted in my septal valve collapsing and making what was already a bad situation worse with a recovery that would rival the worst experience of my life. I was terrified of having to go for a second surgery out of fear from that experience. I vowed to myself to never go through what I went through again. The situation got worse to a point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore and decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Miller to fix that damage that was done. I was very apprehensive to the point where I waited another year after the initial consultation. When it came to the day of surgery I couldn’t sleep the night before because of flashbacks from my first experience. When I arrived everyone could tell I was terrified. Dr. Miller and his staff were incredible. The nurse held my hand through walking into the surgical suite all the way until I was put under anesthesia and before I knew it, the procedure was done. I woke up in recovery and again my nurse was there making sure I was doing ok. I received phone calls, text message reminders for what I needed to do pre-op and post-op just in case I had forgotten to do what my instruction told me to do. The results were far beyond what my expectations were and made this experience the best experience I could ever have asked for. When I tell you that my post op experience was nothing like my previous experience. If you want your Nose surgery to be done PERFECTLY the first time around, don’t even consider any other surgeon than Dr. Miller. There are no words that can express how the Gotham Plastic Surgery team treated me and held my hand through every step of the process with special attention to help easy my anxiety. As someone who has been planning and saving up for a nose job since I was 14 years old, I cannot recommend Dr.Miller enough. My own personal concerns heading into this process were whether or not I'd be treated like a human versus a patient and whether or not my surgeon would be transparent enough to let me know what was/wasn't possible with my nose shape. As to my concerns, the entire team walked me through each step with kindness and patience and Dr.Miller was very attentive the whole way through. Nothing short of amazing. Dr. Miller is highly trained in facial plastic and is also an ENT which is a plus. I finally had a Rhinoplasty after decades of being subconscious about how disproportionate my nose was to my face. From the first phone call to my last follow up, staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Before scheduling, I did a lot of research. There weren't many facial plastic surgeons who compared to him. The recovery was a breeze because they set you up to have the best post op experience beforehand which helped tremendously. I felt like I had a million questions but his Physician Assistant never made me feel like I was a bother! Pain was minimal, it is truly a mental recovery. Been coming to see Dr Miller for about 4 years now for Botox and filler. The staff is always friendly and the office has s nice. Dr Miller is easy to talk to and we usually have a fun banter during the visit. I got a rhinoplasty with Dr Miller and he and his staff were all wonderful. I had a deviated septum that cosmetically wasn’t really noticeable to most people but always bothered me, and it wasn’t until I started getting frequent nosebleeds that I started seriously considering surgery to fix the problem. I’m not the easiest patient, I’m always thinking worst case scenario and I had never had surgery, not even my wisdom teeth out, so when I came to Dr Miller I had 1000 questions and hesitations, I cried throughout the pre op appointment and the entire morning of surgery because I was so nervous. Dr.Millers bedside manner is beyond incredible. He has a way of making you comfortable the second he walks in the door. As a first time injection patient, I was immediately at ease and he answered all of my annoying questions with out ever becoming inpatient. Also not to mention he produces incredible but natural results. I never felt pushed to do more and he even hadn’t me come back in 1 week for more so I could ease into it. Thank you Dr. Miller!

Only had one appointment with the doctor before the day of surgery and he rushed through the appointment, did not listen to what I asked for and what I wanted, he seemed very fake in hindsight. He is a very flashy surgeon only driven by his popularity in the media, not a very genuine Doctor. It has been 4 years since my surgery and after the swelling had gone down, I noticed he really messed up my tip- it's crooked, lopsided, pointed up and had a pinched tip. The bridge of my nose had many dents left in it and my septum is still deviated. His office offered to do another corrective surgery (yeah right) for $5,000 dollars more. To preface, I am leaving this review under an old account name as I would like privacy. I went to Dr. Miller when I was 16 years old seeking a primary rhinoplasty. After doing some research, and being quite impressed with his credentials and the numerous media outlets he has had affiliations with, my mom and I booked a consultation. The consultation was surprisingly swift, including a computer image of how my nose would look after the surgery. Dr. Miller was kind and attentive to our questions and we booked the surgery shortly thereafter. The next time that I would meet with the Dr. would be the day of the surgery. Fast forward to surgery day, I briefly talked with the Dr. and then the procedure occurred. After this day, I would never see Dr. Miller again. When I went I back into the city to have my cast removed, a different doctor who I had never met before removed my cast. I found it peculiar how Dr. Miller was not there to make sure that I was satisfied with my results. When the cast was removed, I immediately went to the bathroom to see my new nose for the first time. To my surprise, I was slightly disappointed. I found the nose to be much larger than I expected. However, the doctor who removed the cast assured me that I was swollen and the nose I was looking at was not my final product. After months, the swelling indeed resided but the nose was still large. I went to Dr. Miller to remove the bump on my nose and to give me a smaller, more feminine nose. With that said, all the Dr. did was remove the bump, while leaving the shape of the nose completely untouched. Furthermore, my mother had reached out to him many times following my procedure to ask why the nose was so large and he just reiterated that it was swelling and never asked for me to come back into the office for him to see. Currently, my nose can be described as a ski slope nose. It is completely straight, but dips down at the tip (especially when I smile). It is also too large for my face still, which is one of the main reasons that I went to Dr. Miller in the first place. Most importantly, for me to be able to properly breathe, I must gently place my finger on the tip of my nose and lift up. The procedure that was performed on my nose was a quick job for the doctor and failed to take into consideration the financial sacrifices that my family took for me to feel better about myself. For this foremost reason, I am incredibly disappointed with this doctor. Due to my experience with Dr. Miller, I am now seeking a revision rhinoplasty procedure. I typically do not like to write reviews for services that I have not had good experiences with, but when it comes to a facial surgery, I felt it would be a disservice to others for me to not share my experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with being Dr Miller’s patient. He is so meticulous and thorough and his work is truly outstanding.
