Dr. Matorin took his time to exam and explain to me what was going on with me losing hearing, and what he recommended going forward, hearing aids. He has a great team of audiologists and nurses that help makes your hearing experiences knowledgeable and relaxed. I recommend Dr. Matorin at TOPs.

I saw him for vertigo like symptoms and his office won't do anything to get lab results when i was hospitalized to treat me or even contact me for a very serious issue . I was referred to this doctor and my experience was disappointing to say the least. Paid so much for visits and tests without getting any treatment.

Dr Matorin is a excellent doctor. I have gone thru many dentists and general doctors in Houston with very little respect for them. Dr Matorin is obviously experienced and cares. Staff is excellent and with my work schedule, I do not wait very long.

I know this doctor pretty well as I work nearby. I picked him out of many of other doctors I work with because of the high professionalism. My daughter also was his patient, because I know first hand what a great doctor and surgeon he is. His staff is nice, no overpacking appointments. Short wait in the office. Highly recommended!

His staff are very rude and racist. Someone has appointment after you but they were called in earlier. Doctor is nice but he forgot given a prescription. I called back the office but they did not take full responsibility for the patient. I did cancel next appointment. If you are not white people, the secretary won't say bye when you leaving the office. It is the worst doctor office I have ever seen.

Dr. Matorin is excellent. He performed 2 thyroid surgeries on me and was very professional. Also, he was very careful to avoid leaving a visible scar because he cut on top of one of my natural necklines so scar is almost invisible. His staff is also great! Monica is always helpful and so are the other ladies there. He was a relief after me seeing another doctor who was very rude and impersonal. I definitely recommend him if you need an excellent ENT. I experienced many of Dr. Matorin's specialties.1. Turbinate reduction 2. Allergy testing/shots 3. Hearing test 4. Sleep apnea exam., study, and sleep apnea SURGERY (including state of the art CPAP machine as treatment-now for sale ;) No more sleep apnea (confirmed by followup apnea study). Allergies DRASTICALLY reduced. Dr. Matorin is skilled, personable, intelligent, with a sense of humor. Patiently answers all my questions. His staff is absolutely cheerful, lovely and a delight.
