Dr. Iozzi is awesome! He takes the time to explain things in a level and I can understand. He is honest, thorough and sticks to his schedule. He has a great staff!

We talked about cool shoes and had a good laugh together, this man is the MVP. Best Doctor I’ve ever had.

today I called the office at 20 mins till 5:00 pm my call was not answered (by a person) for 20 mins when the answering service picked-up the call, said "answering service" and put me on hold for an another 20 minutes .After waiting another 5 minutes, I hung up and redialed only to get automatically put on hold again I waited 20 - 25 minutes.. When the call was finally responded to, I questioned if this was their policy and explained what had occurred. I was told that they answer 300 calls/clients. This is a Dr.s offices emergency contact? I find this to be highly unprofessional and is certainly a poor reflection of someones business practice. Needless to say, I did not leave a message.....thank god I wasn't having a stroke or heart attack Today, 7/25/19, I spoke with the office mgr. who was absolutely professional and promptly handled the issue. I was informed that this answering service was in the process of being replaced. Dr. Iozzi's office personnel are to be commended.. Dr. Iozzi takes his time to listen to his patients and address their concerns. It is nice to have a professional that is thorough and genuinely cares about every person he treats.
