I agree the front desk people are extremely rude and awful to deal with. BUT, Dr. Fried is incredible and absolutely worth it! 5/5 I highly recommend this doctor.

Receptionist is rude after being asked a simple question. I don’t understand why she acts burdened by clarifying questions. Either she needs more training or she is not a good fit. Dr. Fried is the complete opposite; very accommodating, considerate and patient.

If u enjoy waiting rooms this is the doctor for you. Second time I had to wait over an hour. I won’t come back. The doctor and the office sadly has no respect for their patients.

Dr. fried is great! He is helpful and answers all my questions. The nursing staff and front desk personal could be a bit more friendly though. I waited about 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment to be seen, not bad in my opinion.

I’m going to be honest I picked 3 stars for 1 reason it’s the time of people appointment of not being on time. My appointment was at 10:00 I didn’t get in to seen him until 11:14 am he came at 10:30 am. He good and all but one complaint that everyone has is lateness having to wait hour or 2 just to see him. This will be a four or 5 stars if it was on time and waiting time cut short. That’s my opinion. Only 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. My boyfriend went to this “doctor” for skin cancer on his face. He failed to get it the first time. The second time, cut off half his ear lobe even though there was no skin cancer there, without prior discussions or consent. Impossible to get an appointment because he works like 1 day a week. Kept stitches in for three weeks, which scarred. Has he not heard of dissolvable?! Refused to try to fix earlobe. Do yourself a favor and find a plastic surgeon and stay away from this amateur hour butcher shop. Only 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Waited one hour to see the doctor, the patients waiting room was packed and not 6 feet distance apart, and the thermometer broke to test people to see if they had a fever! Will never return. Felt like a factory.

No social distancing. Overbooking. 7 people waiting in a small cube. Long wait. Dr. Fried was nice and professional. I would still recommend

Dr Philip is the best in white plains. I been seeing him since I was 20. Now I’m taking my kids sometimes for any appointments. Dr Philip is a very kind doctor.

My son had some kind of rash as a baby that no other allergist or dermatologist ( and we visit many of them) could figure it out. One visit with Dr.Fried and he knew exactly what to do. The best doctor !

I had appointment at 11 and was waiting for 2 hours and I did not get to see a doctor since I must go home. I lost my time. Staff is not polite, when I asked for my insurance card they did not say sorry. Very dirty and uncomfortable place. Do not recommend it.

Dr. Fried is the ONLY dermatologist who knew how to shrink my pilar cyst and avoid a surgical procedure. I went to many dermatologists and none of them took the time to diagnose me correctly and place me on the right medication. Thank God I found Dr. Fried. You must go see him ????????

Dr. Fried is a very thorough doctor. He took his time to make sure that there was nothing else that needed attention in addition to what I came in for. I believe he actually cares about you the patient. As for any waiting, when there’s a line to get into a restaurant you can bet it’s a good restaurant- same thing here.

Dr. Philip Fried is an amazing doctor. You can tell he cares about his patients and looks out for their best interest. Whatever office you go to the wait time will be long (which makes sense since hes amazing) but the staff is really nice and the wait is worth it! Went to his Yonkers' office, only to be told he was running 30-45 late and that I could reschedule. Rescheduled for morning appointment (10AM) at his Mamaroneck office. I arrived (9:45) into a waiting room of 12 people. At 10:20 I was told that the doctor was still not there. When I mentioned that this lateness was disrespectful to his patients I was told, "You should say that to him!" I left, and will find another doctor.

Dirty, slovenly, joke of a doctor. The office staff is not much better. Go anywhere else!

I waited 25 min and had 4 people ahead of me. The Receptionist and the assistant didnt even say sorry. Dont waste your time.

Does care about his patients, I was misdiagnosed and this man is a racist! Doesn’t want to help just wants to keep getting money from the insurances and keep telling you to come back. He totally missed up my skin, walked in with a head fungus and I walked out with a head fungus, acne and bad scarring. He should be investigated and sued to be honest. I really hate this ass hole. Expect to wait at least an hour to see the doctor regardless of an appointment. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed with scabies, and treated for it for over a month. When I asked for the doctor to call me after my second visit to ask him about my prescription his secretary told me, "Oh Dr. Fried doesn't do that". Thats great, a doctor that refuses to contact his patients unless they come in, wait an hour to see him, and of course pay a co pay. I should have been more hesitant when I saw he only takes cash co pays..... stay away from this practice. Expect to wait at least an hour to see the doctor regardless of an appointment. Stay away! After confirming over the phone that they had my referral, waited for 15min (after my appt time), was told no referral. Dr Fried refused to speak to me. Many patients with same appt time waiting in waiting room. Chaotic, dis-organized and nasty staff (and Dr) except for hispanic receptionis who was very nice

Dr. Fried listens carefully and establishes a good relationship with his patient. He does not rush the visit and answers all questions. He provides detailed information for home and follow-up.

Good place, friendly and straight forward. The only down side is it has a very ghetto feel when you are waiting in the waiting room. I can't fault them for that, because they take all insurances and attract all types of people but from a dermatology stand point, I recommend it.
