I had a extremely good experience with Dr. Banghart. He is very professional and made me feel safe at the time of surgery. The staff was very friendly as well, and took an excellent care of me.

I had a wonderful experience at Affiliates in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Banghart and all of the staff were very helpful and caring during the entire process.

Banghart was wonderful. Made sure I didn't feel a thing. Joked around and keep me calm. I will always recommend him! Thank you so much doc!

Excellent experience. Staff very timely and professional. Appointments always on time. All staff very courteous. Also felt very safe during procedures. Impressed with the aftercare and staff including Dr. Banghart calling to check on me at home multiple times.

Our son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and has recovered fantastically. The office staff and Dr. Banghart are wonderful to work with.

Everyone at Dr. Banghart's office was very friendly and paid close attention to detail. Post wisdom tooth surgery I felt great, Dr. Banghart had done a tremendous job. Compared to other peoples experiences with wisdom tooth surgery I feel like Dr. Banghart is the best around.

Dr. Banghart is a phenomenal doctor. I had my wisdom teeth removed and he did it flawlessly. I barely felt any pain coming out of the surgery. He and his staff were all caring, compassionate, and very skilled. I highly recommend their services.

I was extremely pleased with my visit with Dr. Banghart! Starting with the consult he was very kind and gave me a lot of insight to what I was about to get done. I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled during my visit, and he did a great job! The recovery process has gone over well so far, and he has set me up with all of the resources and knowledge I need for it to continue that way.

Completely pleased with the before and after results of both of my extractions and the treatment I received from all the staff.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

As I live an hour away I tried to make an afternoon appointment seeing how I do not get home from work till 1 am then shower so it's about 2 before I get to sleep. The girl i just talked to absolutely refused to give me one even if it was pushed further out???? Great business operator there

I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was a very painless process. I loved the ice packs provided after and I did not even need the pain medicine. All the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my visit.

VERY pleased with Dr. Banghart and the staff. As I have a fear of dentist, and Dr. Banhart made my procedure go very smooth and with very little pain. I would defiantly recommend him for any dental work.

I had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Banghart. Was very nervous to get my 4 wisdom teeth extracted, but the operation went well and I had minimal pain throughout the next several days. Healing great with no problem! Lovely staff and Dr. Banghart is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had to have 2 teeth pulled but due to medical issues Dr. Banghart was the doctor to do so. He and his staff were amazing and everything was so helpful and kind.

I'd like to start off by saying Dr. Banghart himself is very nice and personable, and he did a very good job on my oral surgery. This is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. The issue came at my six-month follow-up appointment. Because money was tight and they did not take my health insurance, I called the office about a week before the appointment to ask about the estimated cost of the visit and whether they could get preapproval from my dental insurance company for the check-up X-ray to see if it would be covered. I was told I wouldn't be charged for either. Then I go in the day of my appointment and, while everything's great medically, I get hit with a bill (I'm assuming for both the visit and the X-ray - the amount seemed about right but all I got was a credit receipt as opposed to an invoice breaking down the charges). Being too stunned and upset, I paid the amount and left. In hindsight, this was a poor decision. I live in another state now anyway and have new insurance, so even if additional work had needed to be done I would have gone somewhere my insurance was accepted. I honestly would have taken my chances and cancelled the appointment had they given me a different answer over the phone. After several calls back and forth (with lengthy response times), they would not refund the money. It seemed to be because the follow-up visit that was scheduled a week after the surgery was counted as my included follow-up, with the six-month being treated as a separate appointment. This leads me to wonder if the receptionist I spoke with did not look at my file to see my appointment history before answering my question. I also do not know if there was ever any communication between the office and my dental insurance company. This felt like being nickel and dimed, especially after paying cash for everything else and because it felt like the fault was on their end for giving me incorrect information. I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist..Dr. Banghart was my son dentist and took such wonderful care of him..So when my problem started I call his office immediately..They got me in that day and was able to pull my tooth the same day..He is very compassionate and called that evening to check on me..I highly recommend Dr. Banghart he is the best and I would not go anywhere else... The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well... Thank you all for such wonderful care and service.

The thought of having ALL of my teeth removed set me back a few steps. But I knew that I was in the best hands. Dr. Banghart and staff need to be known as the best in our area. About the teeth, minimum pain. I recommend that if you are thinking about dentures or just a tooth pulled, Dr. Banghart should be at the top of your list.

At the age of 65 I had to have my top wisdom teeth extracted and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Banghart. I found he and his staff to be very caring and professional. Dr. Banghart did my extractions and the entire procedure went smoothly. Dr. Banghart personally called to see how I was doing. I followed his detailed post op instructions and have had no problems. His nurse, Sarah, is very caring. Thanks to Dr. Banghart I no longer have dental pain. I highly recommend Dr. Banghart.

Not a bad experience with the doctor, but he has been double paid for 3 months. Not the doctor's fault, but you have to have the money up front, and the girl in the Mattoon office will keep your money forever after insurance pays. She's not very cordial and tends to tell you different than the insurance company states.

He was very nice and explained everything to me. Made me very comfortable for it being my first surgery. And treated me like an adult which alot of doctors don't do at 18 years old.
