Dr Aretsky is one of the kindest,compassionate,professional doctor in New Jersey. He is a great diagnostician. You can actually get an appointment the same day when you are sick, which is unheard of. I've been a patient of his for 15+ years. The best experience always .
I had a wonderful experience with Andrea and Dr. Aretsky. Andrea was able to schedule me the same day and Dr. Aretsky fit me in before his vacation. He is a true professional with a wonderful bedside manner and patience to educate his patients. He was even kind enough to treat me while I held my 3 month old on my lap - he liked Dr. Aretsky too!
Worst customer service ever
They made my 99 year old aunt wait (for a basic ear cleaning) over an hour without hesitation. We had to leave before she was even able to be seen! Over scheduled! The worst part was they said these delays are common after holidays (as this particular day was)- but if they know this is a problem why don't they address it AHEAD OF TIME!? Awful treatment of anyone, but doubly so for a 99yr old! Dealing with them on the phone is also difficult, and the bathroom is NOT handicap accessible.
Dr. Aretsky is an excellent diagnostician, a thorough and well-trained doctor, and incredibly friendly. His office staff (Andrea!!) jumped thru hoops to help get my son an appointment that would fit into his schedule. I highly recommend him.
