I have nothing else to say but forget this office & practice.

Dr Nguyen is by far the best OBGYN I have ever had. She was extremely compassionate and positive when I had my miscarriage and answered all concerns I had. During my successful pregnancy this time she also took the time to answer all my questions. She makes me feel like she has all the time I need. Extremely impressed. Every time my husband and I leave we talk about how we love her and how great of a doctor she is. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nguyen is prepared - she read my chart ahead of time; she listens - we had a real conversation about my general health - not just my GYN health; she makes solid suggestions - delivers practical solutions.

She ordered unnecessary tests, failed to get preauthorization, and then ignored me for months and left me with a $300 bill! Awful doctor and office!

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS Whatever you do, do NOT go to this medical group! I suggest driving hours to another doctor to avoid this group of individuals. The absolute worst doctor, rudest front desk, and the “office manager” will just ignore you (along with the rest of the staff)! They do not process health insurance claims correctly, when you call them to ask them to fix it, be prepared to call 5 or 6 times before anyone calls you back. When they finally call you, they will be rude, dismissive and not complete SIMPLE task that you request (that is their job in the first place, but they did not do). They will leave you with hundreds of dollars of bills for tests that were not medically necessary and then ignore you when you call or email them. THEY ARE AWFUL! I have filed complaints with the Florida Dept of Health against both the practice and Dr Rose Nguyen. If you do decide to go to this practice, be prepared to be treated like shit and spend hundreds of unnecessary dollars!
