I'm giving 5 stars because before Covid, I was going to a well known doctors office for over 20 years, ever since my kids where little, they're now grown, but I have not received such care as I have received here in this office. I don't have to wait to see a doctor 2 & 3 weeks later for a matter that is need to be addressed asap. Nice friendly staff and the convenience of the pharmacy being on site. Terrible Terrible place to go! My mother went to consult the doctor to have an EKG done and the incompetent staff stated “an EKG will not diagnose if my mother is having a heart attack, we are not cardiologist “. Terrible service. I asked to speak to the doctor and they refused to transfer me.

The waiting time not acceptable at all ...two hours at least to see physicians assistant, they should hire more doctors in the clinic, like people have nothing to do just to wait. Took forever to diagnose that I had cancer. Kept saying I had a cough even when my CBC showed something was clearly wrong. Took forever to get my prescription for my BP and Diabetes. Because from what the staff said he didn't have time. What dr doesn't have time for his patients. The staff themselves kept giving me the run around. This place is a joke. Bad service and am glad that he no longer treats me.

Dr. Pahlavan is overall a great doctor. Who is honest, caring, and patient. He gives good medical advise and does his best to get to the root of any medical issues you may have.

The waiting area reminds me of a bus terminal but because of that the staff and the doctors see a little bit of everything under the sun. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They diagnose quickly. The inhouse pharmacy fills my rx fast. And we are on our way. Never a miss diagnosis!! I've gone to white upper class dr offices that only see white upper class medical issues. I am a patient for him for 6 years now. Very nice and professional doctor. He gaves me referrals for specialist when I need it. I had very bad pain in my bones and he helped me cope with my problems. I highly recommend this doctor to all my friends and my family.
