Office personal needs a total readjustment and attitude towards patients calling for medications that may otherwise not be something that's comfortable for them. Office personal treated my husband very poorly this very afternoon, and if I knew her name, I'd call back and request her personally. So I'm here to let you know doctor..... Please revaluate your office personal choices. Very unprofessional.

Dr Zografides gave amazing & compassionate care to my Mom while in Flower Hospital and also took the time when she came home. He went above & beyond! Shannon his Nurse in his office also gave excellent care! I am a nurse & know excellent doctors & nurses when I see them in action! Stellar care! I am so happy and impressed with them both!

I can say I really enjoyed my appt. I didn't have to wait at all. The staff was very nice. I found Dr. Zografides to be personable, patient and very interested in my issues. He listened and did not rush my appointment and he offered several possible solutions.

Dr. Zografides and his staff are responsive, compassionate and highly skilled. I was referred to him by Flower ER Dept. I was not his patient. The ER had to put in a catheter following a complication from an unrelated minor surgery. I was stuck with the catheter for a whole weekend. By Sunday, I was desperate to have it removed. I called Dr. Zografides that Monday & Anna fit me in that very morning. The staff was so kind. Dr. Z was thorough & knowledgeable. He insisted I call back that day if I had any problems. He didn't want me to have to go to the ER again. I felt so MUCH BETTER and CARED FOR after seeing him and his staff.

I was referred to Dr. Zografides by my gynecologist due to recent CT scan I had. My gynecologist told me this office would call me within a day or two and it turned into a week later and I had to end up calling them. When I called the office the receptionist was very rude. Upon telling her why I was calling she asked me who I wanted to make the appt with - "there are two doctors in the office - you know", then asked why my gynecologist wasn't taking care of me "what do you need to see him for", "why isn't she helping you"? Then she gave me an appt day and time which was the middle of March - which being a specialist - I understand. She was so very nasty and rude - I thought to myself there is no way I can trust this practice if I cannot stand the receptionist- mind you she may have been having a bad day - but customer service rule #1 - do not take it out on the customer. I will go somewhere else - somewhere where I am comfortable that I am going to get the care I deserve.

Didn't trust the providers decisions. Didn't listen to the question.

Worst ever! Didn’t get off the computer, was unkind, brushed off my concerns and wouldn’t answer my questions. Had to wait 1 month to be seen after being in the ER with an urgent follow up needed! What a joke !

Doctor, if you are too rushed....perhaps a career change is in order. Do not leave your patients wondering and worrying about test results! Wish I could have seen your partner instead of you.

Will not be back. He did not take the time to explain and was not very pleasant. I felt that the best thing to do was be quiet and leave

I have been dealing with Kidney stones for 7 years. He has explained more to be about my options than the other 2 urologist I have had.

Friendly, but is too busy to see a patient in a timely manner when there is a serious problem. I have never been able to get in fast enough to avoid having to visit the emergency room instead. By the time the doctor can see me the emergency room has done all the work. Am currently waiting for a callback from the office for a serious problem and even though I called at 930 am and its 300 pm I have not been able to speak with anyone of any help. I'm finding a new doctor.

Showed me the scans and explained everything. Was able to reason with him about biopsy vs. surgical lesion removal. Satisfied, however had to wait several weeks for the first appointment. Scheduling staff very friendly and helpful. Answered all questions with detail.
