Dr Vincent is always very attentive, thorough and friendly.

Dr Vincent and staff are amazing. Provided lots of options and treatments to help recover from plantar fasciitis.

Friendly, easy reception. Dr. Vincent explained things very clearly and thoroughly, and had good bedside manner. (And the office front door has a really cool handle!)

The staff members were friendly and efficient (hi Jenny and fab front desk!). Dr. Vincent was easy to talk to and deeply knowledgeable about my issues. I was in and out in under an hour and I know what to expect for next steps in my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Vincent and his team.

Dr Vincent really listened and wanted the whole complete story of injury and timeline. Very much appreciated.

I came in with a foot problem that I had discussed with several doctors in trying to determine its cause. While the cause remains unclear, I found Dr. Vincent and his staff to be thorough, knowledgeable and respectful in the services they provided. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Another great and informative experience with all staff here. Put me at ease and gave helpful advice.

Dr. Vincent was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained things very clearly. I have been very happy to have him working on this injury with me.

Staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Varenna (medical assistant) was super helpful, knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service. Dr Vincent was amazing - so thorough and investigative in getting to the root of the problem with my foot & sore calf. Add in he was very personable. How I wish i had known about Dr Vincent 4 years ago(!!) when i first had escalated pain b/c of plantar fasciitis & my sciatic nerve.I had previously gone to other doctors and tried different treatments to no avail. I found this office based on Google reviews so thought it appropriate to leave one myself. I visited this office on 4/11/22 for ongoing heel pain especially on my left heel. The staff was on-time (which I appreciate as a planner), friendly & informative. The intake nurse was very friendly & thorough and when Dr. Vincent came in he gave me time to ask my questions since this was the first time I'd been in to address my discomfort. He talked to me about the options, took a scan & X-ray's and we came up with a game plan. Would recommend this office again for foot pain. Very good experience with Dr Vincent. He is very knowledgeable. He did a thorough exam of my feet and provided details and recommendations for orthodics. Performed x-rays and foot scans as necessary. Should be getting my orthodics in 6-8 weeks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vincent for many years. He is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to clearly communicate, and is a good listener. I have seen him for small things such as an ingrown toenail to more recently surgery for a broken ankle and other things in-between. Every time he has been spot on with treatment recommendations and he did a fantastic job on my surgery. Dr Vincent is great. He explains everything that's needed in a simple and easy to understand manner. His goal is to get you doing the things you like to do.

Dr. Vincent was very personable, had great positive energy, and made me laugh upon his initial introduction. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience for my first visit with him :)

I injured my ankle while rock climbing and was told by the urgent care doctor that my X-Ray doesn't show anything and my ankle is fine. I went to see Dr. Vincent after 17 days and he did a very through examination and detected a fracture in my ankle. I like it that he did not hesitate to order more tests and imaging to do a complete study on my ankle and make sure there isn't any more fractures. He also followed up with me as soon as he received my MRI results on the phone and stopped by when I was seeing a MA for my boots and crutches to explain my situation. I’m a huge fan of Dr. Vincent. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

Everyone was friendly and prompt. I felt very comfortable with Doctor Vincent with his bedside manner and his knowledge.

Went back with a new foot issue, and was pleased with the preventative approach to avoid the problem becoming worse and steps to let it heal. Dr. Vincent clearly explained the problem, benefits of following his instructions and likely consequences and results with good examples as emphasis.

I've been going to Dr. Vincent for a few years now and he is excellent! Explains everthing well and goes over the various options for treatment in a way that doesn't pressure you into making a specific choice but what is best for you.

Dr Vincent agreed to do a Video Consult on short notice for my Achilles Rupture. He provided facts and his opinion and I decided to have surgery. Since I live in Spokane I used a local surgeon. Had I lived in the Seattle area I would have used Dr. Vincent. I appreciated his quick response and information provided. Top Notch.

Dr. Vincent caught my daughter’s rare medical condition, R.N.D. (also known as R.S.D. back in 2009). It usually doesn’t manifest until puberty but she was only in 4th grade when he diagnosed her RND, or CRPS-Complex Regional Pain Syndrome as it is called in 2020. He’s really a next level diagnostician. He doesn’t just treat your feet: from plaster casting & fabricating orthotics, to miscellaneous skin issues, to leg length differences & assessing the biomechanics of your gate. Dr. Vincent fitted me for orthotics 4 years ago, and they've been great: completely cured bad plantar fasciatis. Life-changing! Refitted me for new ones this time.

Dr Vincent took a few months to take care of a problem I’d been having treated by another doctor for two years. Everyone at the office was wonderful including the office staff, medical assistants, and Dr Vincent. Good availability, easy booking, and excellent treatment!

We were able to been seen the next day as a new patient when I called for an appointment for an injury to my son’s foot which happened two weeks ago. Dr. Vincent knew exactly what treatment he needed- after seeing two other medical providers with no improvement to his toe. The staff was extremely helpful and made our experience a 5 star one!
