One of the best medical practices in Carroll County. Very thoughtful and thorough. Staff courteous, knowledgeable and caring.

Terrific family practice!

My in-laws went here for years. Dr. Uggowitzer is stubborn and overlooked a medical condition, instead just said "that's normal" when my FIL explained their pains. He went somewhere else and got diagnosed and started treatment immediately. Do not go here if you want to be taken seriously.

Dr Uggoweitzer saw I had a problem and quickly sent me to a heart doctor that same day. He probably saved my life. He always explains to me what he is doing and why. He answers all my questions. I trust him.

Dr. Uggowitzer is a very good diagnostician and does a thorough examination while answering any questions you may have. I had a back issue that ended up with several months of PT and still was not resolved. Then Dr. Uggowitzer knew exactly what the problem was and within a couple weeks I was back to my normal activities. Just to add .. His assistants and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to Dr. U and he saw that I had a problem so he sent me to a heart doctor that same day. He probably saved my life. He always answers my questions and explains what and why he is doing something. I trust him

I called and a warm voice answered the phone and quickly scheduled my pre-op appointment with Dr. Uggowitzer. When I arrived everyone was masked and all COVID safety followed. I was quickly placed in an exam room. My blood was drawn right there which is convenient. Dr. Uggowitzer was very through with the exam asking if there was anything else he could do for me while I was there. He took his time and truly seem to care. I will refer this office to my family and friends.

I'm the type of person that doesn't go to doctors unless absolutely necessary. When in need of a regular doctor, I stumbled across this office. Dr. Uggowitzer is very thorough and to the point. He doesn't sugar coat his diagnosis, but isn't rude about it either. Only problem I've had is getting ahold of the nurses station to get meds refilled. Dr. Uggowitzer is one of the worse doctors I have ever met, and trying to get a prescription refill is rediculous. It's actually easier to get a tooth pulled and less painful then trying to get a prescription refilled correctly. Save yourself the headaches and frustration and go to the next closest doctor or treat yourself, either way you'll be better off and get better help!!!
