Dr. Peter A Tran IV

Dr. Tran and his staff are absolutely the best. We have been in his practice many time and have always been treated with care and compassion. He will always give you time for your questions and is very thorough with his response.

The doctor is not taking new patients because he is scared of getting sick. Staff on the telephone was inefficient. Do not waste your time or risk your health.

got upset when we arrived 15 minutes late due to an accident. staff member asked if we wanted blood work there and we said yes. then she got angry even though she said it was complimentary. signed us up for blood pressure monitoring which we did and then accused us of not doing it. He couldn't find it on his computer and had his office mgr (wife) come in and she found it right away. he never apologized for accusing us of not taking the readings!

Very kind and pleasant office!

This office staff is extremely rude. The doctor is ok but goes by what his employees say. His wife/MGR before giving s us an appointment kept me on the phone for 35 minutes asking why we needed to see the doctor asap. After we completed the 'inquisition process' she gave us an appt.After we saw the doctor and this time he was not as nice because I am sure his mgr/wife complained about me begging for appt and being upset for keeping me on the phone so long. This is the first office where u have to discuss your problems over and over with the manager. They dont want us but after we came home we decided not to go back. REALLY WEIRD SET-UP.. I am in the medical field a d an very impressed with Dr Tran and his staff. He actually cares about his patients and takes time to discuss your are and answer any questions you may have. I give him 5 stars

We have been with Dr. Tran and his staff for years. This is the most organized, on time office I have ever had the privilege of working with. Not only are they efficient, they are friendly and welcoming. Thanks Dr. Tran and all the staff!

I do NOT understand the poor reviews! Dr. Tran, his wife Jessica, and the entire staff have treated my family and I like gold in the 13 YEARS we've been seeing them! Charged an outrageous copay because he bills as a specialist. Office is rude, and if doctor doesnt like how you handle your family members care then he says derogatory things in hospital report. Jackass!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for over 7 years. There are at least 3 things I really like about Dr. Tran and his office workers. 1) Dr. Tran takes the time to listen and ask questions. He is willing to explain conditions so that you understand. 2.)His office rarely runs late. You move smoothly from the waiting room to the exam room. 3.) His office staff is kind, helpful, responds to calls for information and gets back to the patient with test results I highly recommend Dr. Peter Tran.

I have had Dr. Tran for almost 8 years. He is a very kind and amazing doctor that has gotten me back on my feet as quick as possible. The staff has always been polite and professional. One has even calmed me down while I was getting my blood drawn. I've never had a problem here and always felt very comfortable.

Husband and i were patients 1yr. 84 & 85yrs, diabetic, & one with Parkinson's. We both received a 30 day termination of services letter with no explanation, would not respond to inquiry of why they were being discharged. Our only guess is it was because of a fall on the uneven walkway into the office that has no marking or hand rails, and ended up with a huge hematoma and lump. We never made any threats of suit or gave them any reason to think we would. Rx req's always took at least 3 days.

Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor. Wish we had found him sooner. He is caring; he listens and takes time to hear you and discuss your problems and explain solutions. Also, his staff is great. They are friendly, helpful and responsive.

Office staff is very kind and the Doctor sits and actually talks to you.

The total experience with Dr. Tran and his office staff was one of the best I have ever had with any practice anywhere. The office staff is friendly, caring, and responsive. Dr. Tran spent time with us to thoroughly explain my husband's current medical situation, listened carefully, was patient, and answered all of my questions. His demeanor was professional, yet he was empathetic. I left his office with a feeling of trust and respect for both he and his team.

Staff is extremely unprofessional, do not know one bit of customer service/patient care. Came in as a patient and was dismissed by two rude receptionists. They weren't even familiar with the type of care the doctor offers. I would definitely stay away from this practice.

Doctor is fantastic, their office has stopped taking my insurance though and has informed my parents they won't be taking any of those provided by the Affordable Healthcare Act exchanges. Disappointing.
