A much-anticipated visit with this doctor could not have been more disappointing. The reception staff was polite and helpful, but the medical staff was appallingly rude, dismissive, and belittling. "Treatment" consisted of doing what had already been done better at physical therapy and making a follow-up without asking whether that time/day would work for the patient. Cancelled that and found another doctor. It's worth starting over not to spend money and time for such unprofessional, unkind treatment.
