Phenomenal doctor with an incredible staff. We can't think of a better option for our kids. Dr. Pete is on another level when it comes to pediatric care.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone at their office when your child needs attention. Left numerous messages and no returned calls. Always a hassle dealing with their phone prompts only to leave messages that do not get returned.

I have been going to dr. Pete’s office for my entire life. I remember looking forward to seeing him as a child. In my adult life he has continued to be a positive force in my life.

Dr. Pete is the most wonderful pediatrician he is absolutely amazing and makes going to the doctors office exiting and fun for the kids

Really great group of doctors! Not only do they know their trade inside out but they also put alot of effort into being warm and kind to their patients. Highly recommend!

My wife was a patient of Doctor Pete’s as a child, and we’re back with our daughter for round 2! We’ve seen all of the doctors in the practice over the last couple of years now, and they’ve all been wonderful. Really a special place with a team of doctors that’s made our new journey through parenthood much easier and less stressful.

I am sure the doctor is very nice but wow the staff is just rude. I called to let them know I was running late for our first appointment because my baby with a disability got sick (part of why I was going) and they told me I needed to rush to make it or reschedule. I started sobbing because I didn't think I could make their 15 minute window and got no sympathy and rather rudely hung up on. I understand doctor schedules but I am sure they would understand my situation too....so much for this practice. I am sure the doctor is very nice but wow the staff is just rude. The best pediatrician around. I brought my children to him when they were babies and now they are bringing their children. We loved his manner with treating children and making them feel good about themselves. We travel from the Bronx to MT. Kisco just to see him. The entire practice is amazing.

Dr. Pete himself is a nice guy, but the office and practice itself is terrible. They treat the patients horribly. The nurses have been rude to me on multiple occasions. Even the staff seems rude to one another. Sitting in the waiting room you can hear nurse Melissa yelling at other staff members. One of the front end women, I don't remember her name but I think it's something with a J, is so nasty it isn't even funny. It's unacceptable and I don't understand how they allow this to go on. Dr. Richel is by far the finest physician I have ever encountered in any specialty. He is technically excellent, calm , patient and so kind - to the children and their parents! I walked in a bit panicked when my daughter was sick and always leave feeling calm and reassured.

Dr. Pete is attentive during appointments. He listens to all of our questions and concerns and is always able to bring us to a resoultion. I have never left his office unsure or with unanswered concerns. Hi is quick to respond to calls put in to him.

Really remarkable physician! I am a more nervous first time Mom, and could not have asked for a better pediatrician for my son. I absolutely trust Dr. Pete's medical advice and decisions; and he certainly does spend a lot of time explaining everything.
