My doctor retired and I was reassigned to Dr. McQuillan. I was in a car accident a week ago and wanted to get some lingering pains checked out. When I called the office for the first time, they offered me an appointment in 4 months. Ridiculous, I guess nothing is urgent.

I was a patient of Dr Shenoy for over 40 plus years. He said he never would retire until he found a Dr to see all his patients. Dr Shenoy knew all his patients name and truly cared. Dr McQuiller has no clue who you are and wait for ever in the waiting room and room to see him. The phone system is a joke. I am very sick as I write this. I called yesterday left a message at 9:30 that I have covid and am very sick. Called back at 1:00 was on hold for 30 minutes. Left another message. Called back at 3:35 on hold for 45 minutes. It finally rang. It rang 25 times then hung up on me. The office finally called at 5:00 and said. Nothing they can do for me. I told her I would like to talk to Dr McQuiller. Oh you need a phone appointment for that. All about the money. No patient care. I’m leaving this group

Dr Mcguiller is a fantastic ....easy to talk to doctor. Very knowledgeable and always gets right back to you if you leave a message with the service. You might have to wait as appointments tend to run a little late....but well worth it

The DR. is great! However, the phone system is horrible. No direct line to the office, on hold for long periods of time. Bad for emergencies or when you are trying to call during work for elderly parents' needs.

Please upgrade your phone system. As a new patient not a smooth process. Phone wait to get someone is 15-20 minutes of hold time. My moms new scripts are a mess the Rx is calling me to take care of it because this office is too hard to get a hold of. The pa is nice and the wait time is not bad once you are in the office. I am an advocate for my mother but I feel bad for people who don’t have anyone as many things would be overlooked. I hope I can revisit this review and update you with good news. WORDS CAN NOT EXPLAIN how comfortable I feel here. The ladies here are AB-SO-LUTE-LYYYY AH-MAY-ZING. I suffer from mental illness so sometimes communicating gets a bit stressful. they are patient, attentive, and caring. Im a new member and I hope to be with them til my old age....Oh lucky them LOL

I switched to this practice because it was closer to my home than my previous Dr..Dr Mcquiller himself seems like a nice man and very personable, but the office staff is disorganized And it is IMPOSSIBLE call in and get ahold of someone or have Their staff call back regarding any matters. I have small children and I can’t spend 45 minutes on the phone or drive to the Office to address a note or prescription that didn’t go through properly! The NP Ami at this location forgot to examine my ears at my annual physical,I had to request it. Plus she denied my request for a massage therapy note (FOR FSA plan)(this denial is a first ever from a Dr) and Didn’t Bother to have their incompetent staff relay this message until I stopped in for the fourth time. Apparently having a bulging neck disk doesn’t warrant alternative therapies and we should all ruin are livers with tons of pain meds. Hire better staff…

On my first visit, I found Doctor McQuiller to be very through. I liked him from the start. Staff is excellent also....

I like Dr Mcquiller, but his staff is incredibly unhelpful. I had an allergic reaction from an unknown cause that sent me to the ER. After a follow up a few days later Dr Mcquiller's PA wrote me a script for bloodwork which turned out to be incorrect—I found this out while sitting in the chair at Quest. Since then I have spent 2 weeks trying to get his office to send an updated script to Quest. Every time I call I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone, and then explain the entire situation to a baffled staff member. You would think they would have notes on file. At this point I am frustrated, and sensing that, staff members become rude and argumentative. Today I received a voicemail informing me that I can pick my new script up at the office. This, after each person I talked to said "Yes, we can send the script directly to quest." Quest is literally next door. I Just made an appointment with a new primary. I am done.

Waisted my time by post-ponding my appointment. ZERO star

My husband had a follow up appt with Dr McQuiller after an initial visit as his new PMD. My husband was left in an inner room in the office for approximately 90 min without any staff member coming in at all ( after his vs were initially taken) He left That office after the 90min because he had a work commitment !! without anyone noticing or any follow up from the office !!! I have also tried to call and review this with staff and just hold on the line forever without any way to leave a message !! How poor!! I hope this situation can be remedied or don’t bother to accept new patients . I’m a retired RN from Mercy and I referred him there !!! As for a Dr I like him.I have been seeing him for many years now.Never a problem u til the new phone system came.You can never speak to anyone.i even told him to get the service where the office would call back.To day I believe is my breaking point with it all.I called waited 32 minutes to to up the call later only to have a women answer and put me on hold again.For an hour.How could I be caller #1 and still on hold? We they hung up.almot two hours and the just hung up.I really needed to be seen.Myface is all swal my eyes closed and discolored.I call the answering service 5 hrs later till no call.Im so deeply up set for the lack of respect to his Patience .I in a lot of pain can't see an week .Scared to go to ER,FOR I HAVE OTHER HEALTH CONDICTIONS.THINK ITS TIME TO MOVE ON. Started seeing Dr. McQuiller in August 2020, Extremely Fantastic Doctor who actually cares and listens! I would recommend him to anyone ????????

I will never have another doctor....I love this Doctor like family..been a patient for 15 yrs!!! Extremely knowledgeable and cares about his patients...hed probably donate his own kidney if he could!!! Love him!!!

Dr is very caring he takes time to sit with you and explain everything.

This quack Doctor misdiagnosed my foot pain for neuropathy instead of the gout that it was and I suffered for 6 months because of this bozo. Stay away from this Doctor.

My husband just waiting 75 min at this MD office in an inner room without being seen by MD except for vs being taken .... very poor at any time let alone during covid pandemic!!! Now I have to find another physician for him . How discouraging

I began seeing Dr McQuiller in November and he has helped me get my health back on track. I am greatful he took me as my primary doctor.

Quality care the wait is never long they are never overbooked the doctor does everything a great doctor does sends you for whatever specialists or tests you may need to continue quality care. I was nervous at first because he was younger but I have come to realize it’s not the age of the doctor it is the care and training they have. He once caught and infection many other doctors didn’t I asked him why he listened when no one else did he said it was because the patient o owns their body best and if I’m telling him somthing is wrong it’s up to him to look into it and make sure nothing is wrong. He’s a wonderful doctor and this area is lucky to have him!

I wish I could visit this doctor every day! I haven't seen him in a while but I plan on going back

The best Doctor ever. Dr McQuiller is patient & caring,and very thorough.I highly recommend him.

This is the most caring detailed and knowledgeable doctor I have met in a long ti.e. He saved my sister's life and her sight. I highly him.
