receptionist working yesterday afternoon was so rude! lady needs to take some classes in customer relations!

No follow through. Did not do what they were Supposed to do. Spent over 2 hours on phone with insurance and rx company to find his staff didn’t do what they were told to do. Then when I followed up with them. It appears they tried to cover up their negligence.

What I like of Dr. Levesque is that he explains everything little thing so u can understand it.Thank God I found this doctor for my husband.

My grandmother's primary found microscopic blood cells in her urine and referred her to Dr. Levesque for a cystoscope. Her appointment was scheduled for 6 weeks after she was referred to him, so she was very stressed out and worried, thinking that she had bladder cancer. I went to the apt with my grandmother and when we arrived at Dr. Levesque's office her name was called within 10 minutes. The wonderful nurse could immediately tell my grandmother was nervous so she spoke kindly and with empathy. She explained exactly what would happen, how it would be done and why they were doing it. She mentioned that Dr. Levesque would give her the results right then and that it would take 10 minutes or less, and it did! Dr. Levesque was very friendly, right to the point and gentle (my grandmother said she didnt feel a thing)! I would recommend Dr. Levesque and his awesome nurse to anyone looking for a urologist as they're quick but thorough, kind, caring and gentle! Quiet demeanor but very responsive to questions. Staff was kind, considerate and professional. Had prostate surgery successfully and he came to the hospital twice in the three days I was in-patient. Discharge instructions were very clear. He is extremely busy and I think the only urologist at Morton. Cut him some slack if there is a wait in his office.

My husband came to the office for a procedure. Office employees were rude and were standing around making fun of a patient in the waiting room. The tech who took us back seemed like she was on something because she was slurring her words and her eyes were darting all over. I wanted to stay in the room, but was told the Dr. didn’t allow that. Dr. Levesque refused to even come in the room if I was there! Very odd behavior and unkind employees. Not to mention a 45 min wait-I would not recommend.

wonderful and knowledgeable physician. I have needed emergency surgery and Dr. Levesque was comforting and very skilled. would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

He took very little time to listen to my concerns and was overtly rude. I haven't experienced this from another physician before. It was incredibly disheartening, especially because of the physical pain I was in. I subsequently saw another Urologist and was treated and my pain relieved.

He was impatient, rude, and dismissive of my concerns, even though I was in pain and need of medical advice. I haven't had a more heartless interaction from a physician in a long time. I recommend finding another Urologist.

Staff are rude and condescending at times. Appointments are difficult to fit into our work schedule and his office do not try to accommodate the working person. He does not have the warmest manners.
