Dr. Peter Ping Lee

The staff here has never been schooled in simple coutesies to the patient. Neone were evident. No real eye contact unless informing me about money they won't take. If they want you at the front and you don't get up fast enough Dr. Lee's recepcionist starts screaming for you. It's a small room.

He was very understanding and listen to everything I had to say and explain to me everything that I need to know and that I didn't understand I would recommend him to anybody

I have only very recently found out I have epilepsy, and I went in today to talk to doctor Lee about how I am doing on my medicine and all he seemed to care about was the fact that I gained 9 pounds (keep in mind this is in about a months time I don’t check my weight regularly) also it being the holidays I wasn’t too worried. He was very worried, he was patronizing me and he even said “maybe you should just stop eating.” And then laughed like he was joking, Thats not the kind of joke you should be making and I am very offended. I barley eat as is, and that comment is really frustrating. As a medical professional he should know what is and is not okay to say to a patient. And that is not okay. He does not specialize in weight loss and I did not come to him for that, also it is not medically needed for me to loose weight I am not in any kind of danger. My labs are normal. I do not have and medical condition other than epilepsy. Worst experience EVER!!!!! Staff is the absolute worst!! Doctor is no better. They NEVER do what they say they will do. They are NEVER available for records, appointments, anything! I would not take my dog to this place!

Went to him after my Orginal Neurologist passed away I saw him from the time I was 8-18 with. Preexisting condition my Orginal doctor had me set with no medicine i got through it myself and was able to fight my worst migraines having Chiari and Chronic Migrianes. He didn't help me but kept trying to give me pain and wouldn't listen when I stayed how I felt I was getting bad with other symptoms that Chiari malformation brings. Did not help. He helped my step dad with his pain but got him addicted to hydro pain pills then has his take unnecessary tests that cost hundrands of dollars. He hasent seen him in months and no longer addicted to pills, actually looks healthier and better then ive seen him in a long time. So use your own judgement but if you have Chiari do not go. Dr. Lee was very nice to me and was very thorough. He preformed a lot of test and made me feel like I was being taken care of. However! However, his staff ruined the whole experience. Dr. Lee prescribed a hand brace for carpel tunnel. I waited and waited. I was told a nurse named Casey was the one to get the brace to me. I would call, leave a message and not get my callback! I went to an appointment and while there I ask about the brace. I was told “Casey” wasn’t there but would call me when she got in. I never got a call. By this time it had been over three months since the brace had been prescribed. I called back after multiple times and tell them that I was disappointed about not getting my brace yet. They told me they had tried to call me. I told them I had not received a call. They insisted they had tried to call me many times. I looked at all my missed calls for the last three months and I had not missed a single call from their office. I did go and look at my messages and had not gotten a single message from Dr. Lee. I always have my cell phone with me and I answer every call I get whether I think it’s spam or not. Finally they tell me Casey would call me back when she got off the phone. Ha I thought! I said I would wait. When she gets on the line she said she had tried to call me several times and I told her I didn’t get the call. Does she have the brace?! She said once again that she had called me several times and when I insisted that I did not see a message on my phone she hung up on me. I could not believe I had been hung up on. I will have to find another neurologist because of his office staff. Sad! Dr. Lee was very nice to me and was very thorough. I've been going to Dr. Lee a year now going every 3 months and driving an hour to get there. I HAD follow up tomorrow and had migraine since November 11th. My pharmacy has been trying to get a refill on my migraine medicine and has been declined. I have asked for call backs to see why with no response. Why have a doctor that isn't going to help with migraine pain?!? DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Wish I could give a zero rating. Took a bunch of tests, wasted my insurance money and didn’t help me.

Incompetent and appalling operations! If Dr. Lee is responsible for the office management, he would be wise to reevaluate. That is all.

My first visit and I didn't know what to expect. He was very thorough. His staff was very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

This man has literally saved my life. After an accident in a semi. (I was in the semi.) I had several major problems, not the least being fractured bones in my cervical spine. After so many doctors and surgery on my neck, Dr. Lee is the is the only physician from that time in my life that I still trust and see. The " pain management " doctor I saw was trying his best to get me hooked on his meds. I saw him for 4 years with no reduction in my pain levels. I asked Dr. Lee to take over that aspect of my care and since, I have stopped all prescription pain meds except ibuprofen. Have always had a great experience with him and the staff.

Dr. Lee helped save my daughter's life, literally. And I can not thank him enough!! He is an outstanding doctor. He cares and always takes his time with Olivia. Because of Dr. Lee, I have a seizure free daughter - who is living life to her fullest! His office staff is always professional and very courteous. And the office is very well run and efficient because we rarely, if ever, have had to wait. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his office to anyone reading this. Doctor Lee is efficient, patient and very qualified and I fortunately have been his patient for approx. 20 years! My wife and I feel Dr Lee saves our lives. Looking forward to another 20 years and pray he does not retire too early.

I have enjoyed having Dr Lee. He is straightforward and actually talks and listens during my visits. His staff is great and easy to work with.

The nurse practitioner there will lie straight to your face. The Dr ping Lee books so many patients, that he doesn't even have to time to see what's actually wrong with his patients. Just prescribes something anything and sends you out the door. Does not even listen to you

Runs a pill mill not sure why he has not been closed down and put in jail

I took my 7 yr old child to see Dr.Lee and he told me after he done a EEG that my child had brain damage so we went to do a MRI to see what it showed. I am a patient of Dr. Lee, and so is my husband. I like Dr. Lee and I am sure he is a good physician. And, I do realize that physicians and their staff have become more bogged down with calls and paperwork due to insurance company requirements. However, this physician/staff refuse to obtain prior authorization with your insurance company for drugs that are prescribed for you by this physician. My husband was told (and this is SUCH AN EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL THING TO TELL A PATIENT -- "We are understaffed and don't have time to do this, so we don't." Note to all physicians: NEVER allow your office staff to tell patients that your office is understaffed, and that your staff "doesn't have time" to assist your patients. Let me just say that NEARLY ALL physicians' offices WILL and DO handle the prior authorization process for you when the doctor prescribes a medication for you that does require prior authorization from your insurance company. This is one of the few physician offices who refuse to do this. So, you come for an office visit and the doctor writes you a prescription which you may -- or MAY NOT -- be able to have covered by your insurance company. Because if he writes you a prescription for a drug which DOES require prior authorization from your insurance company, his staff will not follow through and do what is necessary for your medication to be covered. In this case, your time and money for this visit are wasted. So then, if you still want the drug for which his office refuses to obtain prior authorization, you pay out of pocket for the drug for the full, non-insurance, non-covered price at the pharmacy. Or, find another physician whose staff will make the necessary calls and/or fill out appropriate paper work requested by your insurance company in order for you to be able to receive your medication from the pharmacy and not have to go without your medication, or pay full price out of your own wallet, even when you have insurance and prescription drug coverage. I am a patient of Dr. Lee, and so is my husband. I like Dr. Lee and I am sure he is a good physician. I have had nothing but great experience when it has come to Dr. Lee and his staff. My only complaint is the long waits yet it is understandable with the amount of time that Dr. Lee will spend with each patient.

The front office staff is not the most professional.Dr Lee is and I went to see him not his appointment person .He took alot of time and explained everything ,he has a good sense of humor as well.I did not have to wait long at all.

Dr. Lee is a doctor I would eagerly recommend, because he takes the time to find the origin of the issue, if it were not for his unprofessional and disrespectful main staff. It's unfortunate that their behavior hinders him greatly.
