Karina is amazing! I've been doing laser treatments for my melasma, and NO body has been able to get my melasma under control like Karina. My melasma is nearly gone, I highly recommend!

Yesterday I had a great experience with this establishment! The ease of scheduling my appointment, the help & understanding of staff when I was running a little behind trying to find the location and how courteous the staff were, just wonderful from start to finish. I have struggled with facial and body hair I have done 6 treatments so far and after the first one I seen a big change doing the Splendorx laser hair removal with Karina. The dark spots on my face have dramatically lightened and continues to do so as I do treatments I went from wearing makeup everyday to maybe twice a week and i shave my legs once a week if I need too I have saved so much time and money doing Splendorx. Excellent treatments and very nice staff

I was looking for a new place for my injectables in Tucson since I was new to town and I’m so happy I found this place. The medical assistant was super nice and knowledgeable and all the nurses are so great at what they do, it was near painless :) they also have great promotions and deals I definitely recommend

Very Happy with this facility! The staff are ALL kind and helpful. The PRP microneedling has helped improve my acne so much! I had rhinoplasty surgery for a severely deviated septum about 25 years ago. It was preformed by Dr Peter Kay and it went horribly wrong. My splint accidentally came out a few days after and when he re-examined me it was discovered that my septum had "buckled". My insurance covered another attempt to fix it a year later, which Dr. Kay seemed confident he could do. My nose not only looked worse afterwards but I also had more problems breathing through it. He tried a third surgery in his office facility because my insurance company denied coverage. Although he didn't charge me other than the medical equipment used, it was still expensive. The lumps he tried to remove from my ridge are present to this day and I still have difficulty breathing out of one nostril affecting my sleep, amongst other activities. I've been asked if I am a boxer because of the misalignment and shape of my nose. The billing Dept. was rude and abrubt with me through out the 3 years I dealt with them. I kept getting billed for each office visit after the initial surgery. There were quite a few visits because of the first two botched surgeries. It did seem like money was more important to them then patient satisfaction or competent results. After the third surgery, I ran out of money and patience so I decided to call it quits in disgust. I never went back and their office didn't even bother to follow up with me. I remember telling Dr Kay before the last surgery if he could fix my nose I would be his best reference. Unfortunately "best" has probably turned into worst. I wish I had my old nose back and the money I spent. Heck I'd even be happy with just my old nose, they can keep the money. I write this review today because I'm in the process of trying to find another doctor to repair the damage from the previous surgeries. Since insurance will no longer cover the procedure, I have to spend my life savings in hope of resurecting a decent looking, functioning nose. I happened to stumble across Perfection Plastic Surgery as I searched for a new doctor and I'm glad to have the opportunity to share all this with you. Funny story about their name, after the second surgery I told Doc Kay that I was still having trouble breathing out my nose and he replied "it's better than before isn't it". I thought geez he should have called his practice Better Than Before Plastic Surgery. That would have been more appropriate since my nose did look better than before plastic surgery. Granted all this happened over 2 decades ago, maybe Dr. Kay and his associates have developed a better sense of compassion over the years? I suppose I should be grateful at this point, since losing my relatively good looks to this mishap, I've become a much more humble person. All I can say to any surgery prospects out there is shop around, find a doctor you feel comfortable with. Make a list of the important questions you want to ask, a good one to start out with is have you ever been sued for malpractice? Ask the doctor to explain the procedure for you beforehand, I never even knew I had a splint in my nose before it came shooting out. Most importantly, check references and reviews, confront them on the negative ones. I wonder what Dr Kay would say about mine, probably something to the effect of "Dan didn't follow my recommended recovery directions" and he would have a valid point. With the pain medication he prescribed, I was feeling little discomfort the day after surgery, out playing with my son in the yard instead of bed bound. It still doesn't excuse the way I was treated or all the money he collected for doing a subpar job overall. I'm being kind when I use the word "subpar". It's been the most traumatic experience of my life! TD Sullivan PS- if Perfection Plastic Surgery has the ability to delete this could you at least let the good doctor read it first? 5 star rating is what I give Perfection Plastic Surgery & Skin Care, I went to another dermatologist here in town and was told I needed to have an IPL treatment for my Melasma. Well $350.00 later and for ONE treatment and my brown spot got even DARKER!! I called Perfection Plastic Surgery and Skin Care by mistake thinking it was another dermatologist office and just started asking questions if they treat Melasma. In my conversation I found out they had the PiQO4 Laser machine and came in for a consult with Karina. Karina right away told me that IPL was not right for my skin type. I purchased the PiQO4 package and have been so happy with the results, it’s been amazing. No more dark spots!! They were so embarrassing!! Karina is such an expert and she really knows her stuff. Her hand is so precise! She makes you feel comfortable and she really cares about her job and it shows on how she treats her clients. I also want to thank the front office staff who are very professional and caring of whoever walks through their door. I went in for a $50 consultation. I am overweight and the staff are extremely judgemental and disapproving. To the point they informed me they did not have a gown that would fit me. These people should not be in business. Horrific experience!

This place gets their bad reviews removed. They've removed mine twice now (and my photos of their mistake). I just want to prevent this from happening to someone else! The lady here at Perfection Plastic Surgery & Skin Care left a permanent injection mark on my face from the Juvederm injection. This line has never went away! I don't recommend this place at all! I'm so upset that she did this to me!!! And more upset that they keep removing this review and deceiving more women!!!!! This place gets their bad reviews removed. I live in Scottsdale and had several consultations from Scottsdale Plastic surgeons. They were more like salesmen, then Doctors. A good friend of mine from Tucson had told me about Dr. Kay. I traveled down to Tucson and had my consultation with him and met his staff. I knew this was the best doctor and best office staff. Dr. Kay listen to my concerns, he told me what would be best for my situation, did not recommend additional procedures that I honestly did not need.

I had 3 procedures, with Dr Kay, back in 2008. I had had 4 or 5 consultations, with other Plastic Surgeons, prior to my first consultation with him. As soon as I was done meeting, with him, I knew that he was the right surgeon, for me. He made me extremely comfortable and confident, not only in his expertise but also, in my decisions. My results were amazing and I was nothing but thrilled! Any future procedures, that I decide to undertake, I will look to him first!!
