I was very disappointed with Dr. Hodges. He is normally acts very professional and takes time with his patients. Not this time he was very short and grumpy he didn't seem to care that I was in pain. It seemed to me that he was acting like he was burned out with his career of helping his patients. I will give him one last try before I move on and find a caring doctor who still finds enjoyment helping patients feel better. I was very disappointed with Dr. Hodges. Got my torn rotary cuff and torn bicep repaired...... Everyone was/is very nice. Everyone has a "bad" day, so for the people which gave 2 stars or less, think about that this wonderful place employs Human beings. Enough said. Dr. Hodges I will miss you.

This was my first visit to this facility and it was very refreshing to be treated so kindly by everyone from the front desk to everyone in between seeing Dr. Hodges. Having cancer and always having so many different kinds of appointments to go to can be quite taxing to say the least. However, when you come to an office where every single person you encounter is very pleasant and extremely accommodating, it makes the experience much more comfortable and definitely helps to lessen an anxiety level which is always usually quite high. Dr. Hodges was very upbeat and friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start. He explained things very thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He also answered every question I had as well as my fiance, who sometimes has more questions than I do. He is my second set of ears at almost all of my appointments so he definitely catches a lot of stuff that I do not. So when Dr. Hodges addressed all his concerns thoroughly and with genuine respect it made my experience less stressful and I left with a smile on my face, which most of the time isn't the case. Got called into the room in a timely manner. Same with the doctor. Very friendly and gave me my options, so the choice is mine.

Had a knee injury over the weekend and was able to be seen by Dr. Hodges as a walk in on Monday. Got me set up for MRI quickly. Thanks for the help!

Dr. Hodges was fantastic! He listened to all the steps that had already been taken, cleared up some confusion that I'd had on some test results and helped point me in the direction to getting my injury figured out.

Very professional, friendly and detail oriented. Took the time to make sure I was well taken care of from beginning to end.

Dr. Hodges listened to my concerns, explained my options in terms I understood, while showing care & compassion.

Dr. Hodges care and treatment has made a WORLD of difference in my life and my ability to get around. He has been treating me for my knees and the injections I have received have made all the difference.

Although I miss Dr. Jones, I was very impressed with Dr. Hodges. He was so respectful, knowledgeable, and gave me options of treatment plans. I felt very at ease asking questions and he answered all of them and stayed in the room until I was done. No rushing through anything. Thank you Dr. Hodges

I was incredibly impressed with the staff of Ortho & Sports Medicine. They have policies and procedures firmly in place to keep patients safe amidst a pandemic, yet as we emerge from this pandemic, they also allow for those who are fully vaccinated to enter the facility faster (once you've proven your fully vaccinated status). Dr. Hodges explained the issues causing my knee pain in language I could understand. He also took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He also clearly explained what to expect next, as far as surgical intervention options, post-op treatment, and pain-control measures. Had a broken collarbone in my youth that has contributed to shoulder pain and muscle tension in my neck. He didn’t think my broken collarbone had anything to do with it when it is the cause of all of my discomfort/pain (I have had multiple masseuse’s tell me this since my visit). Barely took the time to diagnose anything. He sent me to a spine specialist for my neck pain when my spine was completely fine. I never had any concerns about my spine in the first place. He doesn’t take the time to get to know the individual and their particular case. Rather he generalizes you and if you do not fit his specific category of speciality he has absolutely no clue what to do. Overall, not a good experience at all and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

He disregarded the issues I had with my shoulder. Didnt answer my questions. And instead lectured me about politics that were irrelevant when I expressed concerns about my insurance. Horrible bedside and not talented either.

Dr Hodges greatly impressed me with his caring attitude, professional competence and pragmatic approach - he's not quick to surgery for surgery's sake but did an awesome job on both my shoulder and my hand when that was called for. He also found me the perfect Dr. for a procedure he felt someone else was the consummate expert for - Love Doc Hodges
