Dr. Peter George Garrett

Dr. Garrett is one of the kindest doctors that I have ever known. He is knowlegable and explains things clearly. His office staff is also kind and caring. Dr. Garrett is a calming presence to people who are experiencing scary medical experiences.

Dr. Garrett simply put is the most caring and thorough doctor anyone can have. He lead me through my cancer battle and not once did I doubt he and his staff were doing the right things. He and his staff have become part of my family and I feel as if I am part of theirs. Highly recommend him to everyone who needs a radiation oncologist!!!!

Dr. Garrett is just an exceptional human being. He knows his field inside and out,and by default or design his staff is just tops. You cannot ask for better care. The receptionists,the nurses,the techs - all just calm and friendly. Dr. Garrett is exceptionally friendly and chatty,which is good because if you are going through all of this,it is not fun and he will take your mind off of it while going about saving you. So,trust him,listen to him,do what he tells you.

Dr Garrett has been my doctor for over 28 yrs

It is clear from his C.V. that the man knows his field and knows it well. He is a very good doctor. What can't be known,save for reviews such as these,is that he is a thoroughly decent human being. Patient, kind, and has a calm demeanor. Do not underestimate the importance of any of this when facing such a serious disease. It helps enormously. Indiana is darned lucky to have such a competent and caring physician.

The best. Very personable and kind, We were lucky enough to find Dr. Garrett at the beginning of a long and frightening ordeal. He continues to encourage and reassure us at each visit.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Garrett. Gentle soul, excellent doctor. He spends time with his patients. He explains things, tells you what to expect. I was scared to death when I walked into his office that first day and he put my mind at ease. I had a reaction to a medication and he called me at home to check on me. He is simply amazing and so are his nurses (Suzanne, Mona and Jules). He saved my life.

Dr Garrett is very personable and upfront with you and talks to you can understand what is going on with yourself. He also will show you your xrays on his computer so you can really see your cancer situation. I truly love this doctor and only want to go to his office.

Dr. Garrett is one of the most wonderful doctors. I was his patient after breast cancer surgery, and received 27 radiation treatments, I had very few side effects and the treatments were successful. One time I developed an infection and had a reaction to the medication to treat it. It was Labor Day weekend. Dr. Garrett called me at home to check on me. I appreciated it so much. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
