You could not ask for a more professional, caring, and thoughtful GI Dr. Also, Michelle his nurse bends over backwards to assist every patient. Every Dr. should be so good.

Dr Gach is the best doctors I ever had. He is a life saver. If you ever looking for a good doctor - he is the one. Highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He is not only found the problem but made all the tests the next day and call immediately after he received the results. He followed up and ordered all procedures afterwards. Dr Gach has superb bedside manners. Did not rush our visit, answered all my questions. I left the office feeling relax and confident.

I have tried to see Dr. Gach for 2 months. First I had to wait a month for an appointment. When the time finally came, I received a call AS I WAS PARKING! that he had an emergency and had to cancel. They didn’t know this 1/2 hour sooner to save me a trip? Ok, I rescheduled for the following week. When I arrived I was told, oops, another “emergency,” people have been waiting 2 1/2 hours. Also was told the secretary had tried to call me which was not true- my phone showed no such call. I am giving up on him because of his disdain for patients time. This is my husbands doctor and we just LOVE him. He is one of few good ones left. Dr. Gach cares and gets back to his patients. He is funny and has good bedside manner. We have been through our fair share of Doctors, would definitely recommend.

If you are comfortable being talked to like trash this is the office for you. Monica who is the office manager is extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no idea what office etiquette is. I can’t even say what the actual DR is like because Monica felt the need to tell me to leave the office after I asked her not to talk to the reception in the tone she was. This Monica lady should not be in an office setting amongst other human beings. I will never ever return to this office or refer anyone here. The Dr is truly great, my husband used to be a patient and I was very happy when my mom's PCP gave her a referral to see him.. The woman who answers the phone is a very poor representation of this Dr office. She just has a nasty attitude. Go find another job lady, you are obviously miserable there and keeping prospective patients away from a really good physician. I never got to see him. The office staff came out and told me that my ins does not pay their bills fast enough. And that I should leave. I had a referral and a 5* insurance plan. This was very unprofessional. They also carried on with personal subjects loud enough for me to hear.

Before you make an appointment, be aware that you must pay with "cash only"-- no debit card or health savings account cards. When I asked the extremely rude receptionist what the reasoning behind not having a card reader in this day and age was, she said "we've found that it doesn't pay to have one". Yikes. I immediately reconsidered placing my loved one's care in the hands of a place that is worried about minor card reader fees and/or is reluctant to join the 21st century. I should never have made an appointment when the receptionist greeted me by saying "I'm on lunch right now, but I guess I can help you", but I did so anyway. It was almost comical how rude she was. She took my insurance information, named a date, and before I could tell her whether it was a good time for me or not (or even ask the time of day the appointment was scheduled for) she talked over me saying "uh huh, uh huh. Okay, bye" and hung up. I seriously feel like I dodged a bullet by cancelling the appointment! Two brief phone calls were all I needed to get a good understanding of how this place treats patients. I was Dr. Gach's patient from 1993 -1999 I have a rare disease and Dr. Gach did his best to help me. Thank you Dr. Gach ! Do you still wear those COOL ties. I'm still alive. First I must say the waiting’ or for the cancellation of appointments has nothing to do with the girls that work in the office the girls in the office especially Michele go over above and beyond to help you and comfort you I was waiting on results 2 times and each time Michelle called the lab and sped things up and when the good results came in she asked the Dr if she could give me the news. Dr Gach on the other hand is a very knowledgeable doctor and he explains very well however he is tardy a lot beware if u r on schedule He is an excellent dr and Michelle is priceless

When I called to make an appointment, I asked the young lady who answered the phone if they had my medical records transfer over from a previous doctor. She said yes and made an appointment. They day of my appointment,I waited two hours before I was put in a room. She takes my vitals and asked that I wait and the doctor would see me soon. After 10 minutes, she came back in asking me for my Driver's license and insurance card. I told her that, I do not have the card but after two hours I assume she retrive my insurance information from my medical records and benefits were verified. She said no but you have to get out of the room. You can not be seen without a copy of the insurance card. I asked her to called my primary doctors office but she said they were closed. She refused to call my insurance company which is Blue Cross PPO to verify benefits because she said its too late and that I have to reschedule. I do not know what happened but she had three people schedule for the same 12 o'clock appointment. Her approach was very rude and condescending. I work as an AR Manager for one of the local hospitals systems and I know the importance of getting and verifying patients insurance. I was not trying to received free care but she made a mistake that day. Instead of admitting to her mistakes, she blamed me for her mistakes. She looks overwhelmed because she was the only one person checking patients in and out and also taking vitals. I am not saying she wasn't busy but her approaching was wrong and unprofessional. Dr. Gach, was standing in the hallway and did not once intervene. I was told by the other young lady in the back that, they too many people scheduled for 12 PM appointment and it's late I can't be seen anyway. Call my primary doctor and he was furious. He call another doctor and I was seen within 15 minutes. First visit to Dr Gache and make me feel very comfortable and explain every thing so we under stood him. He has a great business manner. I recommend him to everyone

Unprofessional. After two hours of waiting to be seen, has to rescheduled because they forgot to verify my insurance.

Peter Gach is a fine physician and a fine human being. He does not strike me as the kind of doctor who would compromise patient care for money. Try him, you'll like him!!

I absolutely love Dr. Gach! He’s very genuine and cares about his patients. He even took time out to write out his orders for me. I certainly recommend him without any reservations!

Dr. Gach is the best at what he does. His nurse Michele is great and helpful. The office needs an upgrade, but I guess a qualified dr is better than an updated office. I won't see anyone else, and I highly recommend him.

This Doctor is much worse than the plague. Avoid him at all costs. He should care about people more than $$$. Blew smoke up my parents ass keeping my Mom in the hospital 4 weeks knowing nothing could help her condition. One doctor told us after 2 weeks she wouldn't make it. Gach kept her going with unnecessary treatments. Must of been the $698,000.00 in 6 weeks that clouded his judgment. DISHONEST. This Doctor is much worse than the plague. Avoid him at all costs. Dr. Gach is the best! After doing my homework and him being highly recommended by many people & other physians, he was the only one I trusted when I had to have a colonoscopy, (ugh) having a sense of humor helps! Dr. Gach has one!
