Dr Chang is a wonderful kind and caring doctor. Great staff too. In fact I don't mind going and I even look forward to appointmemts. (Most people dont want to go to the doctor!) Truly fantastic and a pleasure to visit.

The most caring and passionate person that really cares about people and he didn't become a Dr. For the paycheck.

I'm a new patient and sooooo happy my friend referred me to him.. Great doctor, great PA! Have had a sinus infection for several weeks... He got it under control within 1 day. Thank you Sweet Baby Jesus for this Doctor, I pray you continue working through him.

He is the best doctor I have found, and cares about his patients. He does the very best to get your health taken care of. I recommend him to anyone in need of a PCP

Dr. Chang is the very caring and really listens to your issues. He is not one of the Doctor's that thinks he know your body better than you do. Dr.Chang believes what you are concerned about. I have been with him for 13 yrs. and would not go to anyone else.

Service is extremely poor..Receptionist have a hard time communicating and nurses can't give you tests results back in a timely manner..Took more than 2 months to my results from a simple x÷ray. Dr Chang needs to seriously take a look at this matter ..

Dr. Chang is very friendly but his staff is always rude and unpleasant, especially the receptionists. My experience at his office would be much more pleasant if they were replaced.

Dr Chang is wonderful,he is tentative.I have been seeing him 4 several years

Very understanding, trustworthy, great bedside manners, respectable, especially sympathetic which is a rarity. I have been a patient of Dr. Chang's for over 10 years and I couldn't have been blessed with a better doctor.

Dr. Chang is a great doctor but his staff needs improvement. It shouldn't take 11 months to get a walker if you need it. And my sleep study referral is non-existent. I asked for a sleep study 11 months ago and still have yet to receive one.

Dr. Chang has been my primary care doctor for over 25 years. He always listens to my issues and offers treatment. I have pancreas disease and have to go to a specialist in Houston, and Dr Chang works with his recommendations. He's a very empathetic and caring doctor.

Chang is a nice enough and smart enough guy but he hires total incompetents to work for him. The receptionists try to diagnose patients over the phone(if they actually answer the phone) and say what they believe the doctor is thinking or wanting you to do. God forbid you try to get a refill on your script. Those sit in a pile for a week or more. I would never recommend going to this DR.....even though I really like the the guy, his under qualified staff overrides his qualities.

He actually cares about what is going on with his patients.

The staff are real nice and they make you feel at home and Dr.chang sit-down and listen to you and ask questions and Dr.chang try to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it and he has taken the time to call and check on me not many doctors do that he is the best doctor i seen so far.... very respectable...!!

Dr. Chang is a phenomenal Dr - he's been my primary care physician since I was in college. (I'll be 50 in July) He's always gone above & beyond to not only listen to me, but HEAR me. He sees me as a patient, but also takes under advisement my concerns & weighs them against his professional knowledge. He's incredibly kind & has a great demeanor for healthcare, as well as helping others in difficult times. While his staff does change from time to time, & with that comes some hiccups that can be frustrating, Dr Chang always does his best to mitigate the circumstances if they are brought to his attention. He has an incredibly busy practice, with rounds & a variety of patients to see - people rarely take that into consideration. He's encouraged me through health issues & listened to me cry, he's diagnosed me & referred me to surgeons to make my life better, he's never belittled me for weight gain - he's encouraged lifestyle changes & supported me when I chose RNY. I wouldn't trade him!

It was a great experience. Dr. Chang and his staff made me feel so welcome. They mad me feel like I was a real person. He was very thorough and asked me lots of questions. He did not second guess me on anything. I've been to a couple of doctors and they both have treated me like I was beneath them. I canceled seeing them ever again and will continue on with this doctor.

went to this doctor to get treatment for my general health. Everything was fine at first but I went in for a flu shot. Instead of giving me a flu shot in my arm, he said instead he was going to give me 2 shots. He did not say where or what. He sent in a floating nurse and she gave me 2 shots in my upper muscle. Immediately i felt pain but he said it will fade. I had to go to emergency room that night because I was in so much pain which was emanating from the 2 shots location, they called dr chang and he told e.r., "oh he will be alright". I am in the emergency room after what was supposed to be a flu shot how am I alright?! It's been a year and I still have not recovered from those shots I have pain ever since, I need help bathing now, I need help getting dressed now, I need help using the bathroom now, I cant walk straight anymore, I require a motorized scooter to get around, I found out later it was 250 mg sodium each shot! Excellent Doctor and staff!

Dr Chang is the best, most selfless doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can’t say enough about him. Whomever needs care in your family be they young or old, you may trust this man with your life.

First of all..the staff is very friendly and awesome! I was having issues with spotty vision and headaches. They quickly setup an appointment for me to see the eye doctor. They are actually polite, caring, and concerned about helping their patients.

This guy is a real scumbag. He contracts with the Veterans Administration to defraud veterans. When a veteran files a claim for an injury, they are sent out for an evaluation by a doctor. What Chang does on behalf of the VA is write a phoney medical report so that the VA is relieved of its obligation to the veteran. No doubt Chang is paid handsomely by the VA for his malpractice and defrauding of veterans. He is none too bright though. My injury is visible and wholly consistent with the injury I've reported. So it is easy for anyone to see that Chang is lying on his reports. He tells lie after the lie having no conscience whatsoever. Chang is also unaware that prior to my visit with him, I was seen by another doctor and was not some mere M.D.. I was seen by a specialist who agreed that the injury was in fact what I said it was. I'm going to use that report to expose this piece of filth. I'm also going to do everything in my power to have his license to practice medicine revoked that no further harm come to veterans. You can bet Chang is not the only doctor on the take in collusion with the VA in defrauding the nation's veterans. This guy is a real scumbag. He's pleasant, he listens to your concerns and gets it right the first time.. Being in the oilfield I'd have various Knicks, bites ailments, tendonitis, ect.. he went out of his way to get me up and running. Great Doctor!

Nice guy and all and seemed to listen but completely fails in responding to correspondence from patient. Did not review case history file as requested, said he was ordering lab work that did not get done or was canceled by his office but I was not informed, would not respond to requests for more lab work to find answers, I don't know if it's actually the DR that is the problem or one of his staff but I won't go back. His office even messed up my wife's lab order - requested Prostate Screen 4 her

I am a new patient and so glad to find a doctor that REALLY listens to your health concerns and provides solutions.

He has been my Dr. For Years. I have a different medical background. Dr. Chang has always been able to diagnose me. Treat me. Follow up with me. Refer me to Specialist if necessary. I would not change Doctors ever. He is the most knowledgeable and Kindest Doctor I know. I would not trade him for any other Doctor. I would change insurance first to have his care. I recommend him Highly.
