not good for my physical health and worse for mental health
I got my first disability check and back pay today and thought I would share with you. After finding out I could only sue the VA for actual damages I filed a claim for misdiagnosis instead and now have a 100% disability rating. You really should make sure someone does not have copies of medical records before you falsify them. Its was probably good for you that you don't work at the VA anymore. It was just as easy to prove you lied as it was to prove I only sat in a room with you twice, not 18 times as you claimed.
I missed the cut off date by 3 months, if I had not missed it you would be in court for pre meditated attempted murder. You should make sure someone does not have copies of medical records before you falsify them.
