Dr. Peter Frederick Banitt

I went in for a nuclear stress test yesterday. Everything went smoothly & everyone was very helpful. They clearly knew their stuff and were happy to answer my questions. I've been very impressed with Dr Banitt and everyone at Oregon Clinic Cardiology. Highly recommended.

Doctor Banitt was prompt, courteous and took the time to discuss my medical situation. Dr. Banitt asked questions directly pertaining to me and my health, as well as allowed me the opportunity to ask questions about my therapy, medications and future visits.

Had an ultrasound and a visit with Dr Banitt.

I give Dr. Banitt an excellent rating. During my appointment, there were plenty of opportunities to share my concerns and ask questions. (I came prepared with a list of written questions.) He listened patiently, answered all questions to my satisfaction, and provided very useful information.

I trust Dr. Banitt completely. Very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would not want to be with any other Cardiologist. The staff are wonderful also.

Excellent communicator. Explains things very clearly. Great conversation and no "sales job". Good listener. He is excellent!

My experience was great. Dr Banitt was right on time. Asked all the pertinent questions about my cardiac health. I enjoy visiting with him because he makes me feel like I’m his only patient. He is focused on me. He is caring and attentive. I love visiting with him. Very highly recommended.

Both my wife and myself were very comfortable with Dr Banitt. He was helpful in explaining what had happened with my heart, the procedure he performed and the plans and expectations for the near future. Everyone I talked with, both in the Hospital and out, have a high opinion of his work and his approach with his patients. We feel I was very fortunate to have Dr Banitt as my Cardiologist.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Banitt to my family and friends. He's straight forward and honest. He's got a great personality and easy to talk too.

It was online--a very efficient and satisfying way to consult give the restrictions of Covid19.

Dr. Banitt is one of those doctors who is very low key but with a dry sense of humor. I just had an angiogram with him and stents had to be used. I was really afraid because this wasn't my first rodeo. He explained everything and made it a lot easier to handle. Highly recommended

I have been under Dr Banitt's care for a few years now for A-fib. He has always been knowledgeable, kind & is also a good listener. He always takes plenty of time and listens to my description of symptoms & condition and asks for desires on treatment options.

Dr. Banitt always takes time to listen to my concerns and he takes them seriously. He gives me the information to manage my own health in a calm, caring and helpful way. I've been going to Dr. Banitt for years and plan to continue. I am grateful for the care he and his staff provide.

Dr. Banitt always gives me plenty of time to discuss and ask questions. His staff are most helpful.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and informative. I knew what to except. Dr Banitt knew my case and explained just what happened to my heart and I could expect a full recovery shortly.

Doctor visit was great, however, whoever was handling communications neglected to tell him we were waiting. We sat for 15 minutes in the exam room and finally went out to inquire when he would be in. The doctor came in then and apologized saying he had not been informed we were waiting.

Saw the cardiologist and we spoke and he set me up for a stress test like I had hoped. It all went very well, he listened to what I had to say. The test was done excellently, was able to do it in his office and not the hospital which was great. Wish that I could see him sooner than a month for the follow-up but if there was an issue with the stress test I'm sure that he would have called and let me know. Not much to say. He gets the job done based on the info I give him. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The nurse is very good at her function but could slow down a bit and still get the job done, but then I don't do well in a fast paced environment.

Doctor Banitt has been my cardiologist for over 4 years. During this time he has placed stents in 2 different heart arteries and treating me for high blood pressure. He his treatments have improved my health by leaps and bounds. His bedside manner is reassuring and, most importantly, he makes it easy to understand his diagnosis and remedies.

I am fairly new with Dr. Banitt, but my initial appointment with him was a pleasent experience. We discussed medications, as well as other heart related questions, with explanations easy to understand. Very good bedside manner.

Dr. Banitt placed a stent in my left anterior descending artery several years ago and has taken care of my heart health ever since. He’s intelligent, honest, personable and listens well.

Dr. Banitt is excellent in every way. He and his assistants pay particular attention to details, lab results, medications and referrals when necessary. He anticipated questions before we asked and has provided exemplary medical care. We feel very fortunate for the referral to him by our primary care doctor.

Dr Banitt's excellent bedside manner saved my life after I resisted several other's urging to have an angiogram.
