Terrible I tried to get my husband an appointment today and the receptionist which is his wife says that my pay for today will be 160 something dollars and that it’s because I have not met my deductible for the year and the year just started trying to get money out of us and I told her she is trying to rob us she is sooo unprofessional and told us good that he was no longer a patient will never recommend this office to anyone at all.

Dr. Peter Aldana is very thorough on his services. I am very happy to have him as my neurologist. The wait is short. He had demonstrated his knowledge on the treatment I needed. Very professional in his approach. Edith Barrameda Kassim

first visit. the place is like a zoo. i waited 1 1/2 hours and never saw the doctor. i left and will never go back.

Very poor experiences, looking for new neurologist. He wants multiple visits so that he can file multiple claims. Lost the DMV form I took to office, I had to contact the DMV and have new one sent to me, filled out, took to office with addressed, stamped, envelope. Weeks passed. Yesterday, drove there and sat in office 3 hours before I was seen, told them due to their carelessness, I was driving illegally on suspended license, must fill out TODAY. I was charged $20 for a co-pay and $35 for his signature. Impossible to get messages to nurse, Lynette (the one good staff member), couldn't get scripts filled, tested two times for neuropathy, was diagnosed, only to be told "there is no way to treat it." Constant merry-go-round, reported to insurance company, was sent to grievances, investigation launched for fraud.

My 83 year old mother had a appoinrment that was previously scheduled by the office on 7/10/20. Upon arrival at 1 pm, we were told that they did not have the machine arrive from Okeechobee. Mind you, they could have called earlier that morning to let us know, so that i did not have to take off work. The staff showed very little compassion, for this mistake. Ordered several test but never provided clear results or an explanation as to why they were ordered.

Seen Dr. Aldana three times. Authorized a lot of unnecessary testes like sleep studies which is a waste of time. The wait time for an appointment is horrible everybody has an 3 o'clock appointment and I always wait two hours before getting seen and it's an rush when he reviews your files. Wonderful extremely professional they out of their way to look upon every option they treat you like family.

I have never been more dissatisfied with an office in my life. I have complete frustration with the office staff and the tech was completely uncaring during painful testing. I would never recommend this office

Michelle in office is very nasty! Told me she didn’t care that my sister had a stroke,unfortunately she’s in the wrong profession if she has no compassion for ill patients!

Paid a deductible and now they are claiming I didn’t and they mailed me a bill. Called to get a letter for my service dog and told her I had paid that bill as I never leave a balance. Operator asked me if I had my receipt from two years ago. Seriously?

If you need to run an EMG then why run a test before it doing the same thing???? To get more money. Wait forever for your appt. Dr. cancelled last week cause he was "sick". One week later I go in for my appointment and it is over a 2 hour wait. Had another appt so I couldn't wait. NOW I have to wait a month. All because he was "sick". Office also said they did not get my test results. The diagnostic center showed me proof that it was sent to him several hours before I asked. Worst office personnel ever!!!!! Only saw Dr. Aldana once, but was very happy with him. Pleasant, listens, tries to work with patient to evaluate properly and allows patient to make own decision without pressure to take meds or go through with tests that may be discomforting. No problems with staff or getting an appointment either.

Saw Dr Aldana and wait for 2 1/2 hrs finally got in to the room it was like he did not want to see me, picking his nose and scratching his nuts he was just so rude.

Picked his nose (yes actually, it was gross) the whole visit and gave me incorrect information concerning basic nutrition. Waiting time is a joke.

Performed a nerve test knowing my insurance (medicare) would not cover it. Office staff is rude and wait times are over an hour.

This place sucks. The staff leaves early ALL the time. They will call you and tell you they rescheduled your appointment, regardless of your work schedule, and um, no. I can reschedule my own appts. Nobody ever answers the phone. Finally, be aware if you make an appointment, you'll wait at least an hour before being seen by doctor who does nothing but stare at a computer, making notes. His office is a joke. Staff is completely rude and clueless, left hand never knows what the right hand is doing and Mrs. Aldana makes all the rules and runs the "ship." Beware, if you have a PPO insurance (which does not require authorization or referral from your primary) their office still requires one. Doctor is just "weird & odd" Not the best experience ever, 1st and only visit. Will NEVER go back.

I had seen him previously and it wasn't that bad but he's the only neurologist here. He treated me with thinly vieled contempt, he kept telling me when I asked him what was wrong that I(referring to me) have a mental health history. Yes, I do, it's under control now. I am working hard and am on meds, should I run into the bushes and kill myself, what is wrong with him? He is an excellent Doctor, I had many experiences with different Doctors and he cares so much for his patients. Will not go anywhere else!!

Dr. Aldana is the best Doctor I have ever come across. I was recently in lawnwood for 10 days were he ended up being my neurologist. No one could figure out what was going on with me. I had a team of doctors trying but it was him who took the time, took the lead and figured it all out. He would come in every day and explain to me what was happening and answer all my questions. He is so caring and kind!!! You never felt rushed in his presence. He truly is amazing and I'm so thankful for him. He is still helping me through. I refer him to everyone I know! ! Such a good man!
