Dr. Perry L Brooks

Dr. Brooks is great. On the other hand, the office workers are hard to work with. They're all about doing scans and such, and then afterwards informing you that you owe a large sum for said scan because it isn't covered. They are not willing to help with insurance problems either. Overall, just not helpful.

He did a fabulous job with my daughters wisdom teeth- made us both feel comfortable explained everything to her- and was very professional.

Dr. Brooks himself was very knowledgeable and personable. The office on the other hand does not know how to make you feel welcome especially Claudia. They will not work with your insurance company either they want you to pay the whole bill and then have insurance pay them then they will pay you back. I don't know about you but I pay a high premium so I don't have to pay the complete bill out of my pocket and they treat you badly because you want insurance to pay their part. Would not recommend.

Dr. Brooks is very patient centered. He takes the time to expain the problem and what needs to be done to resolve the issue. His concern is about the patient and their well being. He has been treating or son for the last 2 years for a very difficult situation, and he has been a liason between all the other Drs involved. If he sees thing not happening the way they should, he is quick to point it out and suggest another course of action. He is very personable and his people skills are fantastic!
