Very difficult to get appointments scheduled within treatment plan that Dr. Santiago discussed. Front desk staff courteous, but office scheduler rude and not willing to find time anywhere in schedule for me to be seen within prescribed period. If you can't accommodate your patients, then add more hours or stop taking new patients.

front desk staff is either rude and/or uninformed. Our daughter goes here for braces. We only saw and spoke to Dr S. once which was well over a year ago. no progress appointments or feedback you get from him. Took my daughter out of school for her appt. And they didn't enter the time correctly; it was not our fault. We rescheduled, and took her out of school again, they didn't cut her wire properly. We have had to wait weeks to get it cut properly due to them closing over holidays for 3rd appt.

Very knowledgeable and experienced Dr. He Makes you feel welcomed. He educates the importance of why you need braces. Great personality
