Dr. Shadi is an exceptional physician. He truly cares about your health and well being. He is knowledgeable and does a great job explaining so that you can easily understand what's going on with your health issues. Highly recommend.

Such a great Dr. great personality, you never feel Rushed & he explains things so anyone can understand I know because I understand him & Ii couldn’t read or wrote at 13.

Dr. Shadi is one of a kind and one of the most caring and compassionate doctors' I have ever met. My husband and I both got really sick in January, due to the restrictions of the pandemic we could not visit the office. As soon as I contact Dr. Shadi to consult about our condition. He took care of both of us as if we were his own family. He offered to have medicine delivered to our house. He called almost everyday to make sure we were both getting better and checked on our vitals. I highly recommend Dr. Shadi to anyone who is looking for a doctor who treats you as their own family and cares deeply about his patients. He’s the best. He took really good care of me when I was admitted at cedars back in December end January

Dr Shadi was my father's physician a the Olympia Medical center - at first seemed very professional and doing the right things - I could not visit due to COVID to monitor my father health myself. Then, after much ado, I heard from my father that he had been in the hospital over the weekend with no improvements and had not seen the Dr. in FOUR DAYS, meanwhile his health had worsened. I struggled to get a hold of Dr. Shadi, once I finally did he said he had "handed off" my fathers care to another Dr. who had never shown up. The hospital told a different story - my father was still officially under the care of Dr. Shadi who had been absent for several days. As soon as I took a critical tone with him over the phone he was very short with me and offered to discharge my ailing father. Mind you, he had not seen his patient to make any fair judgements as to his state. My father could not walk. I got my father out of his care and into the care of a Dr. who actually acted like he gave a damn.

Terrible doctor. He has the worst bedside manner and frankly doesn’t seem to care about his patients. I was at cedars Sinai inpatient and he was my attending physician, we hardly saw or heard from him. It was such an unpleasant experience. I felt like I was just there waiting for someone besides the nurses to care.

We appreciate all that Dr. Shadi does for our family. He has been our mother's physician for many years and has come to her rescue many times. Dr Payam Shadi is my primary doctor for over 15 years and I’m very happy with the care he has provided me with in the pass and presently. He and his entire staff are always welcoming and the dedicated to ensure that all my needs are met at his clinic and home as well. Amazing! He deserves more than 5 stars! I walked around Cedars Sinai and told everybody I knew Dr. Shadi. They all said that they loved him and he was awesome. I don't really know why everybody is leaving such negative comments on here because most people outside of the internet are really satisfied with Shadi. Dr Shadi was probably one of the better doctors when my mom was first hospitalized with dementia in 2006. But as of January, of 2018, it was a different story with him. Even though Shadi is sleep study, Cedars assigned Shadi to my mom. It was hit and miss with Shadi when my mom first got sick. But, by the time she had her first stroke, and was institutionalized, holding on to Shadi was a continuity of care issue. Nightmare

Dr Shadi has been my family's physician for years. We love him and he saved my Mom many times. He is very personable, knowledgeable and always concern about my Mom's health. My Mom was recently in the hospital, he visited her twice in one night to make sure she was ok. First thing in the morning, he calls to inquire about her progress. The staff at his office is first class.. Melanie is the best.

He's very informative and helpful with my mom who is 90. He returns after hour calls, easy to talk to. Pretty easy to schedule appts, her last Dr. at UCLA would take up to a month to get an appt.
